So knowledgeable, so responsive, such a great rescuer of loans that were assumed dead in the water and yet she revived them with ease. Even after being a lender for 31 years I'm still learning new things just this morning because of her. I've become a huge fan. A&D can do things no other lenders can do. For the win!

I had a self-employed client that wanted to purchase their next home. A & D Mortgage's bank statement loan was the perfect fit. This loan was NOT easy, but instead of the typical response coming from a Big Bank - Decline. A & D Mortgage's team of underwriters Brennen and Aaron, and Gregory Kutcher account rep all pulled together to make this loan work.

I am new to A & D Mortgage which I knew I would have a learning curve. However, my next several loan will be a lot easier.

I was doing a loan for a single wide manufactured home which had a HOA that was unapproved by Fannie Mae. A&D Mortgage had reasonable rates and the Account Executive Edward Webb did a great job navigating me through the process. Underwriting wasnt difficult and the closing/funding team did a great job dealing with a difficult title company. I had to get used to their portal, but found it was functionally easy once I got used to it. I would recommend A&D Mortgage for an option and definitely for an unwarrantable condo or single wide man home!

I worked with Irina who not only demonstrated excellent knowledge but we reachable during off hours. Irina pushed for clarification which allowed me to be very clear with my client on eligibility and rates. Irina is the best.

The AE, Isabel Altimeyer, has been incredibly helpful throughout the loan process, making it far less stressful. She consistently answers my calls and addresses my questions immediately. Truly the best AE ever!

I could not have made it through this loan process without Isabel A. I found the loan process very confusing, lock didn't get locked 2 times due to system glitches, there are 3 different UW that review your one loan approval and issue updated approvals. This was all very confusing. I was so thankful Isabel helped, responded to emails, picked up the phone and help me an my processor through the process. Without her I don't think I would have used this lender again. But now know how they work I will definitely try them again because they have good pricing specials.

A&D Mortgage provided the most first class experience I have had with a mortgage lender ever since I moved over to the broker side from retail. I had a client with a very unique property they were trying to purchase, and they couldn't find a lender to finance the purchase anywhere. My research took me to A&D Mortgage, and I was lucky enough that my brokerage was already partnered with them.

The property was an 8-unit mixed use property, and the process with A&D Mortgage was genuinely easier and more simple than any cookie cutter primary residence mortgage I worked in the past elsewhere.

Closing was speedy, and the staff at A&D was INCREDIBLY responsible. They truly provided a first class experience. I already told our account executive at A&D, George Chaus, that I would be using A&D for every non-QM transaction moving forward, even though we partner with a bunch of different non-QM lenders. The experience was just that much better--truly heads and shoulders above the rest.

George Chaus especially deserves my praise. He was so helpful, accessible, and knowledgable that I felt comfortable calling him any time I had questions. He's a true professional and by the end of the process, he honestly felt like a friend.
