Just booked our big family holiday to Florida for 2027 with Alasdair. Brillant price, fantastic villa and very much looking forward to it. Alasdair had excellent communication and knowledge of the best places to stay and found us an unbeatable price for villa and flights. Will update again post our trip so far excellency service roll on May 27 :)

I’ve lost track of the number of holidays Chris has booked for us now, we must be on 10+! Each and every time Chris makes the whole process so simple, from finding the best deals to booking and issuing the documentation and the follow up calls to see how things went the whole process is smooth and it really feels like Chris cares. Cannot recommend him highly enough, he is a credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with!

Our 5th time booking with Adored Holidays 3years in a row and now looking at the next one to book! We have always been lucky to have Chris with our bookings. This time we wanted the maldives for a two week family holiday over Easter. We found some deals online that just looked too good to be true, as we always thought the maldives to be out of our price range. We shared the details with Chris, who found a way of not only being cheaper, but assisting with better direct flights and including some additional extras such as sea planes transfers with no added cost. Every holiday we book with Chris, he's made sure we are treated like royalty at the hotels! When booking with Adored, we feel safe, well protected and understood and most of all can book with full confidence.

This was the first time that we have used Adored Holidays. The service, attention to detail and organisation was exceptional and gave us a fantastic stress free holiday. Chris was outstanding with his management of our requests and his suggestions were great. Will definitely be using them again.

First time using a travel agent like Adored Holidays, and it was so good that we will definitely do it again. Chris sorted out our trip to Dubai, getting special offers we probably would not have been able to access ourselves. Everything was seamless with the transport pick up and drop off; the hotel was gorgeous and in a great location.
And his communication throughout the process was on point; nothing seemed too much trouble.

We booked our honeymoon (the Maldives and Dubai) through adored holidays and couldn’t have asked for a better service. We had Chris deal with the whole process and couldn’t do enough to ensure everything was perfect, he was so helpful and answered all our questions with detail. He found us the best deal, after getting quotes off 2 other companies, adored holidays was the cheapest by far. We will definitely be booking through Chris again in the future. We have booked with Adored Holidays before and have never had anything but 5 star service from start to finish. We booked a last minute trip to Dubai for 5 nights at the end of March, staying at the Sofitel The Palm. Adored Holidays were by far the cheapest after several searches online. Just came back from Mauritius. All the arrangements were done by Chris who was very particular and efficient with his work. He listened to our requests and also suggested better things for us. He managed to get us a room upgrade in one of the hotel. Looking forward to dealing with him on our next holidays

Just returned from a fabulous holiday to Dubai, all perfectly arranged through Chris at Adored Holidays. First time using this Company, but would definitely choose them again.

Booking was easy. Alex was a great help. The hotel and the service was fantastic. Transfers to and from hotel was spot on. Would recommend to all to book through adored holidays.

Booked last year for Dubai in October 2025, 16 months earlier to get a good price. Originally wrong year was booked. Luckily spotted it. Then when I paid the balance. Flight home was booked 2 days earlier as the price on our date booked was too expensive….. communication was awful. Multiple unanswered emails and fob off phones calls.

When I finally got some answers they admitted to messing up but we’ve ended up having to go 2 days earlier, which means more days off school for my daughter as we wanted half term for most of the days and was going a few days before, now she’s off for a full week so will be fined.

No empathy offered for their mess up. Was basically take the date changes or refund the holiday. No compensation offered except discount off a future holiday. Obviously won’t be booking again via them

The customer service is excellent. They take the time to get to know you, and found us the perfect holiday. In our case it was to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday and they worked with the hotel to make this extra special. We (family of 4) had a fantastic time and our needs were met perfectly, from private transfers to excellent advice on hotel and flights. Highly recommended!

This is probably our fifth holiday we have booked with Adored. Chris as always stepped up and delivered a great package. Very efficient and professional as always, and we cannot wait to book with him again!!
