Unfortunately, my experience with Adore Golf Grips was very disappointing.

I had an issue with the delivery of an order worth almost £190 and contacted Adore twice asking for help. I never received a single reply or even an acknowledgement.

I eventually had to deal with FedEx entirely by myself to resolve the situation.

I understand that the delivery issue itself was not Adore’s fault. However, I believe the quality of a company is also measured by the support it provides when something goes wrong. In this case, I felt completely left on my own.

It’s a shame because they sell great products, but this experience has seriously affected my confidence in ordering from them again.

Bought a mid-size grip. Ordering and payment online was simple. Customer care was helpful and efficient. I will order again and would highly recommend.

Excellent service again....emailed my order in which was for a set of 9 grips...I asked if I could change the grips I had ordered to a different colour...Dan came straight back and said that was no problem....grips arrived two days later as agreed.

Made a mistake with my order, Andy sorted this out for me no problem. Would recommend!
