Easy to use
I think the site is easy to use, and I can see the new improvement released. I ran into 2-3 times google sign-in failure errors. Hopefully can make it more robust. Overall, this is good.

I checked your account personally. It is active and correctly connected to Google now, and everything indicates it should sign in normally. We’ve been working through reliability issues in this flow, but 2–3 failed attempts is still not acceptable.

Great movement, room for technical improvement
The mentorship community and the core mission behind this platform are incredible. However, the app's technical implementation could be smoother. There are occasional bugs and disjointed workflows that can interrupt the user experience. The movement itself is a massive success, but the platform would benefit from additional technical polish to match the high quality of the community.

The Platform I Wish I’d Had During My Career Transition
ADPList is the platform I wish had existed when I was making my own transition into data.
I initially joined as a way to practise my English as a non-native speaker, and I thought: what better topic to talk about than the field I work in?
But I soon realised how many people were looking for a mentor who could share real-world experience and offer guidance tailored to their individual circumstances.
I’ve been mentoring ever since, and it has become one of the most rewarding parts of my professional life.

My experience with ADPList has been genuinely rewarding. It is a great initiative that makes mentorship accessible and gives professionals a meaningful way to give back to society. Hi Zulqarnain, Felix here! Thank you for the kind words, and the sign-in problem is real rather than something on your end. A bug on our side was blocking existing accounts from signing in through early and mid-July, and we shipped the fix on 18 July. I am not going to call it fully solved though, because we are still chasing a related issue where an account can be matched incorrectly at login.
If it happens again, email me at felix(at)adplist(dot)org and tell me which button you use: Google, LinkedIn, or the email code. Missing a session because you could not get in is the worst version of this, so I will pick it up myself.

Simple to use and yet so powerful platform
The platform itself is very simple and clear for usage. It is easy to look for a mentor, or if you are one, to create your presence. The scheduling system and the in-platform video call run smoothly. Excellent AI-supported summaries and follow-up. Also a simple and efficient messaging system keeps us connected at all times.

Love the concept but I can't always check the website and notifications arrived to Spam
I kept receiving the requests to my spam in my email. I love the principal, but one mentee had to reach out on LinkedIn for me to realise we had a meeting. I am currently working with him outside of ADPlist.

This one is on us. If our emails land in your spam folder, then every part of the platform that depends on them falls over, and a mentee having to find you on LinkedIn to rescue a session you did not know about is proof. I am sorry.
Two things would help us fix it.
Tell me which email provider you use, at felix(at)adplist(dot)org, and I will check whether your address is caught in our delivery logs or blocked at our end. In the meantime, every incoming request and upcoming session is also visible in the app itself, so nothing lives only in email. Is your Calendar also connected?
You should not have to keep checking the website to avoid missing someone. I would like the chance to make the notifications work properly before you write us off.
Great Mentorship Platform
It's been 2 years on ADPList and was able to connect with many mentees across the globe to guide them in their digital marketing journey and career transition. I also had the opportunity to get guidance from other mentors at times. It's an amazing platform that allows mentors and mentees to connect for free.

I felt the need to contribute to something meaningful; offer the guidance and be the sparring partner I’ve missed during my own career journey. At ADP I’ve met curious, pro active and inspiring mentees which made every minute spend worth it!

Login problem
Login problem, need customer support in réal Time, understand some super mentors just open the session without connecting with the mentee and get “hours” of mentoring of certification done…… without doing quality exécution

Thank you for flagging the login problem, and I am sorry it cost you the time it did. You were not imagining it. Around the time you tried, a bug on our side was stopping a few hundred people a day from signing in, and existing accounts were exactly the ones getting caught. We found it and shipped the fix on 18 July. Sign in has been running normally since.
I checked and your account is healthy, so please give it another go. If it still will not let you in, email me at felix(at)adplist(dot)org and tell me which button you use, Google, LinkedIn or the email code, and what you see when it fails. I will pick it up myself rather than send you into a queue.
On wanting support in real time, that is a fair hit. We do not have live chat today, and my inbox is the fastest way to reach me in the meantime.
On your second point, I am looking into how our session and hours tracking handles the case you describe. If you have seen specific examples, send them to me and I will check each one. My email is felix(at)adplist(dot)org.
