I used guest checkout for a few plugins, among them serum 2. I have yet to receive any download link and only have payment confirmation from PayPal and not from asdrsounds. I have tried contacting their customer service team to no avail. Willing to edit and fix this review if I get help but still waiting.

Bought accidently a plugin that was not compatible with my software, couldn't get a refund because i allready dowloaded it and it was wothout license.
So i got to choose a new plugin and got an extra plugin as well.

ADSR are an incredible organization. Not only do they provide an immense array of quality products but they actually have a Customer Service Team who really do CARE about their customers.

So much, during these times, 'Customer Support' means........"We are the provider. This is the service we provide - if you don't like it tough!". Not ADSR - they actually have a genuine desire to help and are ready to support their Clients!

I recently interacted with Claire form the Customer Service team regarding a mistake I'd made in ordering a product. I'd, quite honestly, made a total mess of things - all my fault. I contacted Claire/ADSR to ask for help and WOW! - I can't tell you the empathy and understanding I received. Not only did Claire take the time to fully explain to me where I'd gone wrong in the ordering process but she provided loads and loads of details on how I might enjoy things going forward. She was genuinely happy to strike up a REAL conversation - Not just provide a 'one-liner' reply.

It must be decades since I received such genuine help and support. Thank you Claire - Thank you ADSR. I promise you I will be an ardent fan forever.

If anybody reading this has a need for the type of product provided by ADSR go for it! They genuinely are a great company offering great products and great support. A pleasure to buy from and work with.

Any company with great customer service will receive my support, and ADSR did just that when I had an issue. It didn't even take 24 hours to solve my problem, and I was back up and running.

Customer Service is the backbone of any company. And they delivered in my case.

I think I goofed on not clicking the 'free plugin' checkbox on a purchase. A freebie, but something I did want. Emailed their support, and they sorted it out in less than 48 hours on a Black Friday weekend. Excellent stuff.

Excellent customer service

The website isn't well done, speaking of UX and UIs. The main issue for us users is that download links for purchased plug-ins and software expire after some months. At first I panicked when I realized I couldn't access my plug-ins, years after I stopped making music and using the website. Thankfully the AI-powered assistant addresses this issue extremely well, by providing new download links... This makes the "recovery" process very easy and quick: as a university student in the field of IT I'm deeply impressed by how well this works (usually AI-powered assistants aren't good). For more problematic requests, the websites' customer-service support is exceptional. The operator was extremely nice and available. In the end I got back all my plug-ins and couldn't be happier (thanks again, C****e! (hiding the name for privacy concernes)). I believe most music e-stores have just to learn from ADSR-Sounds.

3 days of trying to buy the Spire in Sale, finally paypal worked after 3 days.

Then Order got canceled by ADSR (as with many other custumors) for no reason at all - stating they did not have enough licences when ordered but now i can order (with no sale price anymore)

Company is based in Hong Kong i would not be surprised that they save and use my data now with this sale fishing method

After purchasing from ADSR, a few years later I had to replace the motherboard on my PC and reinstall the software purchased from ADSR. I contacted customer service and with a business day the download links where resent no questions asked. ADSR is the first place I check when looking too purchase.

They are really fast and accurate, I really love how they help their customers.
