Small issue, loads of help
I had a very small issue with the ADSR Sample Manager. (mostly cosmetic). I got in touch to see if this was a known issue with a particular file type. They got back within a couple of days and stayed with me until resolution. It took about a week of back and forth emails. I had advised them it was not a major issue as it did not seem to affect the functionality of the program yet they kept trying to resolve the issue.

The one time I needed support I received a quick response, within minutes of sending my email. I missed a sale due to an apparent error with the countdown clock, but they contacted the company and were able to get the sale extended. I can’t imagine that happening often but it was great that they went the extra mile.

One evening
One evening, letting my eyes get the better of me , I bought $40 worth of products without realizing I was buying something I already had. I would have taken store credit, if I was lucky, I thought. Without hesitation these guys refunded my money, even though it was entirely my mistake. I’ll be coming back, no doubt.
