I had a little download issue where the link to access some software I had purchased through ADSR was not live anymore when a reinstall was required. An e-mail explaining the situation went out and Claire responded quite quickly noting that she had fixed the issue. While there was another little hiccup, Claire checked it all and got me up and running in no time flat. Great service, ADSR!

Absolutely the best v customer service I've had. ADSR (r Mary) went out of their way to help me resolve my issue. Also the xpand 2,DB33,hybtid and Mini Grand plug ins are entirely tools I couldn't do without. 5 stars!!

Scam, I didn't get my download

This vendor is unresponsive and I did not receive my downloads in a timely manner! They say it is on hold and the girl asked for more info.. I gave her it and still no link for products.. Ask for a refund... We will see what happens... I will be filing with my bank if they chose not to deliver.

I recently purchased a $70 synth plugin from ADSR Sounds, but quickly realized that an essential file was missing from the download. Upon emailing the customer service address to ask for a refund, Harry from the ADSR Store responded quickly despite it being over the holiday season, and his response was very helpful. He reached out to an AIR Music representative (the company that made the plugin) and I was offered help with fixing the download, but I ultimately decided I just wanted the refund. Harry was able to get the refund approved from AIR Music, and I am very happy with the customer service overall. Although I was disappointed with the initial purchase, the quality of customer service I received was enough to rate ADSR 4/5 stars.

ADSR Sounds just replaced a complete Course for me that had a glitch on one of the lessons (a horrible reverb/echo). I am very pleased with their customer service as well as their great products. Thank you, Shawn at ADSR for solving the problem.

I bought a plugin from them. I am now denied access to it by ADSR. I have emailed them 3 times about it, and haven't gotten a response.

From the other reviews, I can see it's foolish of me to expect a response.

They haven't responded to negative feedback for a year.

This company looks like a scam. Avoid them at all costs. Buy from PluginBoutique instead. These thieves will just take your money and then laugh at you behind your back.

They responded to a strongly worded email and resolved my situation.

This shows me that they are honest, however, I do not like having to chase this up at all.

My current opinion is: they can offer a good deal and are honest, but don't rely on them for any help.

I've Spent over a grand with ADSR and then all of a sudden on my latest purchase, which was 300$ , they put it ON HOLD. Well I checked and my paypal transaction went through, no issues. I messaged customer service, and 48 hour later they finally said, oh its an anti fraud measure.... OK WELL THEN SEND IT THROUGH! Nope they still didnt. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I highly recommend WaProduction dot com instead. Just made my first purchase there. If ADSR doesnt unhold my purchase by monday, im reporting them to paypal. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought the Xpand!2 synth and they send me the downloadlinks with a mail. But they did not send me the licensekeys.
Edit: I have already messaged the support but got no answer yet.
Edit 2: I got the licenses now, everything works fine now.

The ADSR Sample Manager is quickly becoming my favorite tool to tame samples. The app is real straight forward.
Stop chasing samples and hard drives. The ADSR Sample Manager is a must have app and its free. What else could you ask for?

I have been buying from ADSR for a few years now and have been very satisfied with everything so far! Now I had a problem with a registration and the ADSR team has helped me within the shortest time and that extremely friendly and helpful. This is a rare experience today!

Great site! Good selection of software and sample packs. I made a mistake while processing my order, opened a support ticket and Harry fixed my error and then contacted me to tell me that the error was resolved. My issue was resolved/responded to well within my expected time-frame. Brilliant Customer Service experiences like this guarantee my loyalty!

I recently got a copywrite hit on YouTube. I contacted Harry and the folks at ADSR. They in turn contacted the publisher and got things fixed for me. Copywrite hit removed.
But here's the great customer service part.
Without me asking. They offered a store credit to offset the sample pack I bought.
Honestly. That was above and beyond from my point of view. And earned them a 5 star review.

I have always found the purchasing process a breeze with ADSR.

I did have an issue with an order which required customer service, which was polite and efficient.

I made a same doubled order of the same thing I had previously got . I texted their team and they got right on it and refunded my money . They were as nice and helpful as possible and it was clearly all my fault if they didn't do anything for me would have been understandable to me . But they refunded my money and were as nice and helpful as they could be. I really love and trust ADSR they have a great team of people who are dedicated to your great experience and satisfaction.
