I've bought a lot of plugins and sample packs from ADSR as they are competitive and the freebies are always a plus. But they especially excel with their great customer service, always really helpful and they will go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

I love ADSR! Always great prices on awesome sounds! And when I forget to download stuff in time, they will always send it again within the hour to make sure I get my downloads! Love it! Great customer service is key to a great business!

Being a relatively new customer to buying sounds through ADSR I was very wary. The help I've received from Claire has changed that. She was friendly, understanding, and went the extra mile explaining things and contacting an equally friendly sound producer. Because of Claire I will hesitate to buy sounds from ADSR in the future. She deserves praise.

Fast and courteous customer service when having to transfer the VST to a new machine. (DB-33) the VST itself is a fantastic product. I will go here for my next VST purchase.

After a bit of confusion leading to me paying for a plugin I didn't intend to, I immediately emailed customer service with my order number and an explanation of what had happened. I woke the next morning to an email from Claire who had already fixed the problem and started the refund process and my refund came into my account later that night. I couldn't really ask for a better experience!

I find myself returning to ADSR time and again for the wealth of products they have available that help my music production. But it's not just the products, it's also the people behind it. If I need support, they are quick to respond. I've particularly dealt with Shawn for awhile now and it's like just talking to a friend when you need help.
