Prompt customer support with the answer to my problem.

Purchased a product, but was not logged in (so I couldn't download it) - one small E-Mail and the customer service solved my problem with a direct Link. Thank you!

ADSR. What a great company with really nice support!

My Plugin link expired contacted support Within 24hrs had my links refreshed & gained access again. Rated 5 star support for me! Also was told they expire after 10 downloads or after a year.

I made a duplicate purchase and as soon as I told ADSR about my mistake they gave me a refund immediately.
I have used ADSR regularly to purchase my samples and have found them to be very good and would recommend the site to all music producers.
One improvement that they could do for people with poor memories like me is to match their products to people's accounts whilst shopping after logging on so duplications will not occur ..... for example, a flag saying already bought.
Apart from this an excellent company for sourcing sound files

Thanks to Claire from Custom Support for sorting through a license issue after my hard drive was damaged forcing me to lose several licenses.

Claire stayed with the issue until it was fully sorted out.

I am Queen Shanise and I make beats, looking for new sound clips and loops to add to my collection of sounds, I placed several orders with different CC's to avoid going over the limit, My card's were declined/placed on hold so I knew I had money, LSS, Ms. Claire upon receiving my detailed email, once she knew it wasn't a fraud released my sound clips. I like the quick response from ADSR & the fact that they made sure I was the person placing the order.

I bought some plugins from ADSR...everyting was always perfect..good price and a super Customer support!

Unfortunately my sample library 2TB HDD died, and along with it were my virtual instruments and sample pack libraries. So I tried re-downloading the sample packs I purchased from ADSR, but I was notified that the download links have expired. After emailing ADSR for customer support, Claire replied within less than an hour saying that the links have been refreshed. Super fast! Thanks!

Had a great customer service experience with Claire and Shawn recently. Prices are good and downloads are well hosted. 10/10 company for Plugins with great monthly freebies.

It has a good sound source and the convenience of the ADSR sample manager program is great.
I was impressed with the quick response and kindness of the ADSR service to my request for refund.
I will probably continue to use this site.^^

Had some issues tracking and installing some plugins and preset packs almost a year ago, gave up and recently reached out to try again. A massive thank you to Shawn and especially Claire for being able to recover my payment records across email typos, guest checkouts and accidental repeat purchases, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Not to mention the products (Tape Piano, Sample manager and the Hell preset pack) are fantastic and well worth the investment. Cheers!
