I like this company - a lot of interesting finds here that hope my production. Also, if I contact them they get right back with great service. Recently I had issues with authorization and Claire was onto it and problem solved within a few hours.

While accesing from two different devices, I had accidentally created two different accounts (my fault, that is). I asked Customer Service whether it was possible to unify all purchases in one of them, so that I can use Sample Manager for navigating all my purchases. Shawn has understood my need and made the switch flawlessly, which I appreciate very much. Quick and professional work. Kudos for Shawn and ADSR.

I placed an order days ago but i still didn't receive the Download Email. I wrote a Support ticket on which the answer was that my order was put on hold for them to check if it was legit and they ensured me that the Email was sent to me. I would love to get a refund or cancel my order but you need the Email to do that. Im getting in touch with my Bank to get my money back. This was the first and last time i ever visited Adsr!!!
I know that a lot of people have the same problem and i think that CAN'T be a coincidence.

I also got an invite from Adsr to write a review on one of the products from my order (the order i didn't receive). I wrote a 1 star review where i state the same problems like i did in this one. It should be under the ShaperBox 2 but by the time i write this it still doesn't show.

Made a hasty purchase of a string library i later realised i could not use without a full version of kontakt. I got help from customer service and they gave a refund without any problem. That really made my day.

I bought a sound pack and forgot to check the box for the free add-on. I contacted ADSR and Claire helped me out. She added the plug-in onto my order the same day. Great customer service!

Bought the Maschine MK3 Complete Guide and was having problems downloading it. Contacted customer service, and Claire sorted everything out for me. Very happy!

ADSR are first class, with impeccable customer support. Had a recent problem with a plug-in I’d purchased from them over 2 years ago, so I contacted their support and spoke to Claire who was very friendly and managed to fixed the problem with no issues. Great communications and highly recommended. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from ADSR again.

I was billed for software at it's regular price although the sale price was still active on the site when I initially went through the purchasing process. I contacted the ADSR Team and Claire was able to assist me with correcting the issue and refunding me the difference. It was clean, fast and efficient. Excellent customer service. I enjoy their products and I highly recommend this company. I've have been a customer for over 2 years.

Excellent customer service. I mistakenly bought a duplicate plug-in so I contacted customer service to see if I could get a refund. Claire from ADSR who was a pleasure to deal with, responded really quickly and sorted a full refund.
With this level of customer care I'll have absolutely no worries about buying from ADSR in the future.
