I had a wonderful experience with the updates made since my last visit in 2019. Shout out to Erica at the Dearborn Hgts, MI location on Telegraph. She was so pleasant and explained how the new upgrades worked. As an elderly person I appreciated her kindness and patience as I navigated the new system.
