They were short staffed.
For it to be short staffed. The representative handled every customer professionally. No one was upset because of the wait time. She was great and very professional.

Starleen Rucker is what made my experience the greatest experience I’ve ever had at any payday loan service I’ve ever visited she by far is the greatest customer service representative that I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with I wish I could give her more than five stars she is definitely the reason that I would go back to advance America and I will only go to that specific location and it is center 4150 she absolutely saved my life that day and she doesn’t even know it and she also brought so much joy to my heart I just want to say thank you to Miss Starleen Rucker and much love it’s is so good to know that there are still good people in this world and she’s 1 and absolute angel thank you from Ron
