the woman i talked to was very nice and considerate.

The representative did not take the Covid crisis seriously until I had to make a personal phone call to her after leaving a complaint with the corporate office. She was small talking with an unmasked visitor in the store wealth of maximum customers allowed sat waiting we wore our masks but she in the unmasked customer spent an exceptional amount of time talking about the large gatherings that they had attended. I felt extremely vulnerable and when I voiced my concerns to her and advised that I had lost Family members she made light of the situation

Everyone is always friendly and professional.

My spouse and i got behind on one payment. Busy trying to get back funds to catch up financially months passed and we put it out of our minds although we kept them in the loop. After gaining new employment and almost and i mean 2 pay periods away from being able to be caught up, advance america pulled out their payment endangering our ability to pay rent. They could have at least called to confirm if we were ready. We tried to keep them informed in every way. But all the help they offered was to grab another loan so there goes our chances of being able to get out of our advance loan cycle. Totally uncool. And we still havent caught up on our rent!.

Courtney at your Covert location in Evansville is awesome! She is always pleasant & nice even when under pressure from people & phones. I won’t go to any other location because of here!

Both workers were friendly and smiling and fast. The new manager crystal is very polite and has smiling happy attitude which is great for a customer service job

I got there late but before they closed and the manager was very helpful and didn't have an attitude even though I showed up 10 minutes before time to close. I like that because sometimes people say were getting ready to close but she didn't, she just took care of me.

Over great customer service extremely helpful and willing to work with me under my current condition. This place I will continue to use and recommend to everyone I know personally.

I didn't like the fact I was given a check instead of cash and I came in at 1:45pm. I had to pay 5.00 at wood forest bank to cash it. Walmart Money Center would not take the check.
