She sent me to a line where I could pay my amount off, I came back to her and she walked me through unlocking my account and setting up a new password. She was extremely helpful, patient and kind. I'm sorry I forgot her name, she should be recognized for her high customer service skills.

The gentleman who assisted me was very polite energetic and engaging. It’s refreshing to have good customer service. The only negative is reducing the apr just a tad would be nice .

I went to the 34th St. Gainesville Fl. on two occasions & talked to Mike G and Adam B. They both are extremely knowledgeable & helpful. They were both able to explain the process in detail & answer every question that I had. There were no questions they didn’t know the answer to & no hesitation. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, competent, respectful, & provided excellent customer service! They are an asset to the company. The customer service is great…
The customer service is great unfortunately I did not qualify for the loan but the whole process was awesome because we still tried everything. My situation was I had no credit but for anybody with credit and income this is an awesome and easy process and again the customer service was great.
