She created a friendly atmosphere and also was extremely knowledgeable about all loan products.
Ms. V, even went above and beyond by educating me on the loan plus program and other ways to improve my financial situation.
I tend to find most employees here are kind and extremely helpful. However, Ms. V, turned a brief conversation into immediate positive impact on my life.

I had an OUTSTANDING helper with my loan, her name is (MS. V). It was my first time applying at that location and she made the process extremely smooth. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and filled with the most wonderful smiles (which is rare these days) throughout all the questions that I had during the application time frame. To anyone else new who goes here you need to let MS. V help you. She's an absolute FANTASTIC employee for this company
and an absolute WONDERFUL loan assistant for people needing help at this Advance America location.

The teller did what she wanted on my account. I specifically told her do not take the money out I will come in and pay it in full. She put it to come out automatically and it screwed me majorly and every person I spoke to about this lied to me about something. I will never go back to any Advance America I will start going to Amscot
