Over all pretty good
Over all my experience was pretty good. The associate who helped me was "friendly" but not particularly cheerful. I did take out a loan which was the purpose of the visit and she was very effective in helping me with it.

Best customer service interaction ever
Gretchin, Tammy, & Sarah are the best ever. They give 110% of good customer service. The atmosphere and the interaction is always more than present and they make you feel like you belong there in the few minutes that you're there. There's a location five minutes from my house but yet I choose to drive 20 minutes to go to this location on Kentucky Avenue because of what I get when I'm there from these wonderful ladies. If I could give them 10 Stars each it still wouldn't be enough to describe the level of customer service that I receive when I enter that door on Kentucky Avenue
