Christina in the Indio store was not very nice when I asked to pay my loan on Saturday as opposed to Friday some people work and 9:30 to 6:30 is not enough time when people work 9:45 to 6:15 and have to travel 15 to 20 minutes to location so either you need to extend your hours on Friday because Fridays are paydays especially on the 3rd and 4th of every month or at least make an accommodation for one day or like some payday places give them through the weekend and by Monday at noon it's too so that way you can ensure that maybe more people will make their payments on time.
Secondly I've applied for the installment loan on a couple of instances and I keep getting told that I'm almost there I need to make maybe a little bit more in order to qualify and I ask what the criteria are and yet they are unable to explain clearly what the criteria is in getting approved for an installment loan so it does seem a little bit unclear
