very helpful office staff at Jackson, MI. Tina is longterm manager. Greets return borrowers by name and shows interest in our lives. She is very good trainer of new staff. I borrow as padding for vacations and pay back total so I may be under more positive circumstances so a positive when I walk in. The office shares knowledge of new products such as prepaid visa and offers pamphlet. They seem very respectful of all people who walk in. A teller was gentle but persisted respectfully when an old man came in to wire money to some young women in Russia. Everyone in room was cautioning him about the fraud. They really care about the customers.

We have been going to Advance America for well over 5 years off and on. Customer service very friendly. Speedy service.

I was impressed by the young lady helping me today. She was courteous, friendly, and very thorough. She has a wonderful life ahead of her if she uses those same values every day in her life with everyone she meets!!

This was the first time we borrowed from Advance America. Talk about a WOW experience from the get go. Our Advance America Agent Jacinda was incredible, she made us feel welcome even though we came in the last minutes of the day. She was efficient, informative and really cared about her clients and their needs. I would highly recommend Advance America to anyone and I hope they will find an agent as good as Jacinda.

Usually on East Michigan store in jackson, Mi it only takes a few minutes. Yesterday when i was there I waited 28 minutes. One of the girls left to go get change for 10 minutes of the 28. I don't understand why they didn't have enough change.

It's is always a great experience when I walk through the doors they know me by name and they are on top of everything I've never had any issues.

I had never been to any payday loan center. I got in a pinch when the gas company at my vacation cabin billed me like an auto pay which I did not sign up for then I paid the bill on top of that. I budget carefully and this put me in a bind as the utility company said up to 3 weeks to return my money . Thank heavens they were there to help me. Friendly, professional and understanding.
