I have used Advance America for many years. I have can attest that when I attend their offices in my local area they do understand my needs are. I have established good rapport with their managers and they now me very well. They have always helped me in times of financial difficulty and have always a scheduled a good plan for me to resolve my debts with them. My sincere opinion, from Orlando, FL.

The service was exceptional. The lady who helped me has an amazing personality. She made me feel valued, has a great attitude, and a wonderful smile. She told me she was on her last day of training. I am happy the company hired her; she is a great asset. I will give her five stars every time!

I love this branch office. They are always pleasant& very helpful.My special person Paula was not in, & I was a bit skeptical, but luckily I met Holly who is fairly new at this branch, she was Super nice & made me so comfy & relaxed. I will recommend her highly.

when I FIRST DECIDED TO USE THE APP TO MAKE LOANS I FOUND IT QUICK AND EFFICIENT BUT HERE LATELY IV'E SEEMED TO RUN INTO PROBLEMS AND MADE TO FEEL UNSAFE.

I got an installment loan and they posted it in the Florida system as a payday loan. This is told to you after the fact and they will not change it. Florida does not report on installment loans, so I think this is not fair and feels illegal. But I know it's allowed.

Everyone I have dealt with here has always been kind, helpful and professional. They are easy to deal with and very quick.
