My vehicle had a damage sensor on the wheel valve. It was meant to be fixed when it got picked up when the light was repaired. Nothing’s been done. The warning light is continuously on.

Good service

Stay clear of this repairer! They had sickness the week my car went to there garage! No one would answer the phone! Complete joke. Then when it was when picking upp my car. So I was called in the morning to say my car was ready and was getting delivered back to me in the afternoon! When the afternoon came, I phoned them to ask what time are you coming! They said we are not coming. We had no one to deliver it! So when I told her that I was told in the morning I was told it will be delivered! I started laughing because I'm thinking it's a joke now! She said what are you laughing for and put the phone down! Then I got a call back! To say I could pick it up tomorrow! Went there. To find my car had been ransacked by a thief. Who also has a job as a car valet! All my change that was in the car removed! Glove box was on the seat contents that is! They also said they fixed my rear view camera! So I got in it put the car in reverse! Low and behold didn't work! So be very careful of this cowboy company!

The quality of the work was fine. My review is based on my experience as a customer and their apparent process.

When i first got notification that my car was being picked up they told me that the driver would be arriving within a certain time window. No problem. I double checked whether they meant a driver for my car or a low loader. They were sending a driver, despite me telling them on my initial email that the car wasn't drivable. Their response was "Oh, we didn't see that".

On 4 occasions i received notification that the work was being delayed due to the need to order parts. I get this. However, having spoken to several people in the trade there was no more than a weeks work involved in the repair. When i got the final delay notification i was told that it would be one more week. they had all the bodywork ready and now were doing the mechanical repairs. Surely they could have done the mechanical repairs whilst waiting for the body parts to arrive as they go UNDER the body parts anyway.... Nope. That's not the way they do things.
The customer service operators were also questionable. When they answered the phone is sounded like i was on a speaker phone on the other side of the room. On one occasion i could hear people in the background having a non-work related conversation and the operator on the phone to me was actually joining in.
Whenever i asked a question that they didn't have the answer to i was told they would get back to me. Not one call back. I had to chase every time.

Overall, a good quality repair, just a bad customer experience. In the end they had the car for almost six weeks to do a weeks worth of work. Worth using if you don't mind having your car missing for a long period of time.

The service was timely and friendly from collection to delivery. Damian gave clear instructions and I am happy with the work done on my vehicle. I would have rated them higher except for the issues with the replacement vehicle provided. They sent another vehicle which worked well and I think the experience was good overall.

The repair was excellent and the delivery and pick up very good. Damian was very informative and prompt in the delivery of the repaired car.

Very bad experience

From beginning to end these folks made everything easy. They collected my car, gave me a courtesy car. Damien in particular was very courteous and professional at all times. The car was returned immaculate. Very pleased with the service.

I have a BMW 7Series and choose them to repair my front bumper and they have sprayed only a corner of damage and leaving a dent on the wing at the joint saying it could pass as a minor and I will be satisfied any way.
All was covered by insurance and referred by insurance company HAVEN. Long story short they presented at my house with half bumper sprayed and a dent chip on the wing saying where not authorised to fully repair the part damage as an approved manufacturer garage BMW. Customer service disgusting rude and unprofessional routine language and could care less about me. I had to stay other 2 days without car to be redone same work supposed to be done in 2 weeks. All the process scam company was of 2 and half weeks to charge as much they could the insurance company.
They are absolutely scam an shameful company service dishonest service and disgusting human beings.

Brilliant. Amazing team. Good interaction amongst all, very helpful, lots of smiles 😁.No queries with the small vehicle which did its job. Parts were in, the job took less than 24 hours to complete. Plenty of common sense involved. Absolutely no issues and it's probably my best experience I've had in a car repair place. Thank you all 👍

Car was collected on time. Although the hire car provided was small and a little untidy, it was an automatic which helps us out a lot.
The repairs were completed to a high standard and I was very satisfied.
Took just over a week which was reasonable in the circumstances.
Kept up to date with progress regularly.

The courtesy car was delivered nice an early, as arranged. The repair to the car was very good, when my car was returned it had been cleaned inside and out, that was very much appreciated. The only issue I have is it’s very difficult to get through on the phone. Over all happy with the service.

Very happy with the experience I had with AD Williams. The called beforehand to let me know they were on their way. They arrived within the time they said they would.They fixed the damage they were supposed to and more, which is great! They also returned my car to me days before they were supposed. I have no complaints, and will be using them, if need be, in the future.
