From the start I was informed about what will happen to my car. Damage was agreed. The courtsey driver was polite and very helpful.
The car retuned in an immaculate condition, again by the same courtsey driver. I left some trekking poles in the boot but Juliette was very helpful in organising the return so I could collect the next day.

Arrangements to repair my car were done efficiently and promptly, and the work seems to have been carried out to a high standard. The only criticism is that the courtesy car could have been cleaner inside, and there was no handbook.

Had an accident. Car was collected the next day by AD Williams for repair. 3 days later repairs are complete and car was delivered back. Staff went above and beyond - they noticed an additional problem with the car that wasn’t within their remit and called to let me know about the problem and how to get it sorted. Really great service. Very impressed.

They repaired my work van quickly efficiently and expertly without any fuss collecting and returning it to my yard

Well the job took a long time. I had to send van back several times to get the door lock fixed.
The company kept the van for months not cleaning it and there was mould all over when it was returned.
My wife thought the delivery drivers very surly.
I would have liked the battery changrd as it was dead for months they have recharged it and haven't idea how long it will last
