The repairs they did on my car was very good, although the damage was very very minor. I am pleased with the repairs they completed.
The reason for the 3 star rating is trying to contact AD Williams on the phone can prove hard-work. I have found on a few occasions where i have tried to call, it has taken me up to 8 times attempts, before i have been able to reach someone who picks up the phone.
Otherwise once i did eventually make it through to someone (Hayley), she was very lovely and solved any questions i had.

Everyone at A D Williams were friendly and helpful, collected the van when they said they would, kept us updated and did a great repair.

Not their fault at all but our insurance company made us go through a company called Auxillis to organise or pretend to organise this, not really sure as they were so hopeless wish we could have just gone straight to A D Williams.

I never leave reviews but AD williams really go above any beyond. And really helped me when i needed to put in a insurance claim. Thank you so much for making it easy and stress free.

Small damage to rear arch when someone drove into me. It took them a week to repair. Vehicle looks like it had been washed by Stevie Wonder.

They did a good job fixing my van, but it took 2 months to complete. When the van was returned to me the emblems for the rear doors where left in the back for me to stick on. I queried the scratches on a door hinge and gap anomaly on the sliding door, only to be told by the delivery guy that he just delivers the vehicles not fixed them. They have terrible customer service and they never get back to you….unless they want payment

PROMPT REPAIR , NO FUSS..

Car looks good as new. Good communication- they re-arranged for after Christmas when there was a delay getting a part from a supplier rather than risk me not having the car for a longer time which was very helpful.

The repair work done on my car was to my complete satisfaction and the car had been thoroughly cleaned on the outside on its return.

Car went here for an insurance repair, (the insurance company choose them). Had missed paintwork when dropped back. Spoken to like an idiot and told to shut up when I called to inform them it was not fully repaired. Collected the car and painted missed section however the trim was sprayed on the vehicle BADLY with lots of over spray and not removed and sprayed how it would of been if done properly the first time. Not happy at all, the operations manager contacted us via email admitting all the faults of the branch but has done absolutely nothing about it. Will not be taking my car back for a third shoddy repair and would not recommend this place to anyone! If your insurance comapny tries to palm you off with these jokers stear clear, seriously not worth the agrevation and grief on top of the stress and upset of being involved in an accident in the first place, just shocking.
