Took twice the amount of time and communication was poor. Can't fault the repair though, looks fabulous. Just be honest with time, improve communication and no doubt would be a five star.
Communication whilst my car was being repaired was poor, I only received messages on my phone the day before it was returned to me with the progress of the repair.
Also very disappointed that my car tyres required air in them on return, knowing that this must have shown up on the dash when the car was driven back to me, and as the garage was 16 miles from my home, I find this poor customer service.
However the repair although very minimal was good.
Fantastic job they did with my car it came back showroom ready I was so happy with the job they done. Would definitely recommend
Our car bodywork was fixed by this company through the insurance as it had been hit while stationary but the car was returned and does not work.
Due to the amount of time the car was left sitting around unused about a month the battery is no longer working and this company had to jump start it to bring it back to us and they think this is ok 😡
We now have a car we can’t use as we have children and it’s unsafe to use this car in its current state!

The receptionist staff are totally overworked and the owners won’t invest in extra staff to man the phones!!!! Stop thinking only about profits and support your staff !,!!!!!!
I have to say that my experience with AD Williams, Worthing was completely painless throughout. The side of my car was damaged from behind the front door through to the rear quarter and I had my doubts that a good repair would be difficult to achieve. I was wrong in this assumption as when my vehicle was returned to me it looked brand new really amazing! Praise also for whomsoever polished the finished work. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending the work of AD Williams
A D Williams were very helpful and polite, however, I'm unable to rate them fairly as due to the accident, not our fault, someone went into the back of us while stationary at traffic lights ! as a consequence our car was written off, as such no work was carried out on our car other than the estimate for an uneconomic repair. Otherwise A D Williams seem a professional and decent firm.
I am pleased with the repair but I am very annoyed at the amount of mileage you have done in my car when the garage is 20 miles away, there and back should come to 40 miles altogether, but you have done 83 miles in my car and used up most of my diesel, I spoke to your customer services about this yesterday and was told that someone would call me back, well I am still waiting!!!
That is why I have scored you the way I have.
Have now had my diesel replaced and an apology and explanation about the extra miles on the clock so am happy with that
Repair replacing bumper and ancillary damage is great. I did have to phone to find out how repair was progressing, delayed due to Covid impact on part deliveries. Bit surprised at over 100 miles added to the clock. Collection and return done well. Repair the important thing and that is excellent.
