Very good service

Very good service. Although late to pick up my vehicle, I had to call and leave the keys out as I had an appointment myself.
Very helpful on the telephone when I called.
Always polite and well mannered.
Dropped of to my house, very prompt.
Clean, polite driver.
Vehicle, clean, washed. Good repair.

Had to wait almost two weeks to get a…

Had to wait almost two weeks to get a start date for the repair. The completion date was pushed back twice, each time via a text message. Nobody ever called me, when I rang to question the delay I was told it was due to staff shortages, Covid related. I do understand that this was out of their control but just getting a text to say new estimated completion date is poor customer service. Eventually, a staff member called me to say they were trying to get it finished on Friday but he said more realistically it would be Monday. I waited in all day Monday, no call, no text, no car. Got it back the next day.

My car was badly damaged down the side…

My car was badly damaged down the side and didn't look road worthy. They picked up the car and I was provided a link to view progress on the repair, and in the meantime any calls to them were courteous and friendly. They also dropped the car off. Can't fault them at all. Excellent.

Nearly a month after keeping the car…

Nearly a month after keeping the car after was damaged by Tesco delivery driver, and when they returned, one small bit still was undone on the front bumper, Customer service is not at best no updates on progress, etc. Not happy bunny at all

Avoid at all costs

Never had such bad customer experience had the car for nearly 3 months when returned the car was in a dreadful state the garage would not take responsibility for it and was totally unprofessional

Someone bumped into the rear of my mini…

Someone bumped into the rear of my mini a little while ago. Not huge damage but the insurance company sorted the repair. AD Williams collected my car and the bumper was replaced, other bits and pieces sorted.
The car was returned to me in perfect condition and ahead of my expectation. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the company.

Polished car and service

A polished car returned after a very polished service. Communications on point, service at a distance and yes the repair was perfect in every way. Thank you.

Repair work was great and re spray was…

Repair work was great and re spray was excellent. However was disappointed I had to return to have trim put back correctly and that they drove my car back and forth adding mileage to deliver back and had to ask them to replace petrol they used

Very poor communication

Very poor communication. 5 weeks since Iv had my accident and not once have they been in contact with me, only response I get it when I chance them and still after 5 weeks I have no idea what’s going on!!!!

Picked my car up and delivered back…

Picked my car up and delivered back very happy with the quality of work man ship on the rear of the car . Couple little things passenger window left down and sport button on when it was off apart from that thank you very much for giving me back my pride and joy all repaired would definitely recommend to anyone many thanks 🙏 rob hart
