Work was done well, but slightly letdown that car mats came back dirty and were clean when car was taken.

From start to finish in dealing with my car following my accident AD Williams were fast, professional and courteous. They collected the car for assessment very quickly and the initial report was sent to me the same day. The dashboard for how things were progressing was easy to follow and use. I would recommend them.

My repeate was OK but my dash cam had been removed and just chucked on the floor and there was a 500 mile difference between what was on my car and your report why was this and don't try and tell me it was a mistake as that's the most basic thing for that report

I appreciated tbe pick up and drop off of my car but i didnt appreciate the scratch in the paintwork where the " supposed " repair had taken place.
One of your workforce got out a magic cream and a rag to remove the scratch.
Your quality control dept needs to review its title if its letting shoddy work pass its testing.

Really helpful and no hassle involved for us. The car was picked up and returned on time and AD Williams were very helpful throughout the process.

Delays with obtaining parts but put down to Brexit - what else! Otherwise service was very good. Stayed in touch updating on progress.

My car didn't come back as i sent it and I don't mean the repairs. They were done lovely but my car now has a different problem which needs to be fixed

The collection and return of the car was very efficient. The repair took longer than anticipated but was completed to a satisfactory standard . However the interior of the car was not cleaned thoroughly with dust on the facial and smears of what I assume was window cleaner left on the front nearside window.

My car was returned to me without the dent in the drivers door being fixed, as per the assessors report. The nearside wing mirror had not been replaced, but I understand that the part is a delayed back order, as agreed, & there was still white paint marks around the area on the nearside rear bumper repair.

Picked up the vehicle really quickly. Great repair... soooonice and shiny again now. Quick return and the mini valet a real bonus. Thanks guys and gals.. great job !
