Quick, efficient, friendly service. Car was repaired earlier than originally expected. Very pleased with this company.

I've had cause to have a couple of Company Cars (VAG) repaired at A D Williams Ashington several times now, each time the work done especially and whole experience has been first class, this is a seriously talented group of Bodyshop Professionals from start to finish.
Little grumble, nothing more today, returned home to find my car had been delivered back to me which is great, but on closer inspection the interior was covered in either sanding dust or dried polish dust which was a bit disappointing but didn't take long to sort out, however again the quality of the actual repair is brilliant as always, so many thanks, would highly recommend without hesitation.

I was not informed when my car was ready, although i was pleased my car was cleaned as it can get very dirty there was spray marks all over the windscreen 😒

I would not hesitate to recommend A D Williams. From the outset, this Company acted professionally, promptly, kept us well informed of updates / progress with our vehicle. This is the second time we have used their services and I would not want to use anyone else. Their service goes above and beyond what other Companies offer.

Excellent repair done to our car following an accident. Only niggle was the relatively small repair took 3 weeks to be done.

AD Williams were the company chosen by my insurance company to fix my car after a crash. They made the experience so easy and I really could not be happier. They absolutely went out of their way to help me and make things easy. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I also need to mention that every member of staff I encountered was so friendly and helpful - from the girls on the phone, the guy who collected my car, the guy who dropped it back to me and of course the mechanics. VERY GOOD!!!!

Vehicle went in after an accident on the 28th of on month, and wasn't returned to me until the 18th of the following month. The vehicle had some scuff marks on the front off-side bumper and wing, and also a dent on the wing around the size of two pence coin. Vehicle was returned to me with the bumper repaired of scratches. The wing however still had the dent present. They replaced a number plate and a fog light on the damaged side that did not need replacing. Unfortunately upon arriving back to my workplace after the vehicle had been delivered, I moved my car as it was left in an inconvenient place. I then noticed a large oil patch on the ground when the car was parked. My vehicle was not leaking oil before the repairs took place. I then looked under the vehicle from the front bumper and saw that the engine was dripping with oil at around a drop every 10 or so seconds.

I can only say that I've been disheartened by the attempted fix of said accident and will never actively choose to send my car back to them unless my insurance company deem it necessary!

The Final job was very good I am very pleased. The collection and dropping off of vehicle was very good and promt. My only criticism is communication. I had to contact on numerous occasions to check if ready.

Worst service I’ve ever received from any garage, repairs still not completed since 2nd november, only had a few updates and had to chase them myself. Returned my van still damaged and unusable for myself. Would never choose this garage again.

Good speedy repair. I would just like more communication about when you would pick up my car next time.

Service was really great right up until the point when they delivered my vehicle back still with damage in the area where it was meant to be repaired. When I called to find out why they made all the right noises but I had no response from them. I guess they are too busy to care?
