I ordered a jacket in 3xl, a 5xl arrived and it wouldn't fit a large.

They answer emails with a canned reply ... and to ship it back, exceeds the cost of the item.

They SUCK !

Do not use, total scam.... Nice photos of top quality goods, reality is cheap Chinese rubbish (when it eventually turns up). I wouldn’t trust the positive reviews either as they are few and far between so I would certainly question their authenticity.

Also after complaining about the quality they sent me the “standard” email regarding sizing and needing the exchange for a different size which is bizarre since I bought a shoulder bag....

I just ordered my jacket first time,
And I received it in a week later.that is fast delivery.happy to deal with again

I purchased a jacket online from Affinity Find, the jacket arrived 35 days after order and payment. normally my size is mens L or XL, per their sizing chart I ordered a XXXL which arrived and is sized as a mens medium. Return? Affinity find requires an acceptance for return before return delivery. 5 emails have all been unsuccessful in this area. Also I have requested a paid shipping label for return which they have refused. I will never ever purchase from this company, also unlikely to purchase online from unfamiliar sources. This company is a total SCAM!!

I ordered a dogfight pilot jacket after seeing pictures of it on Facebook. It took one month to arrive and is the wrong size. After reading the other one star reviews on this site, i have stopped trying to contact Affinity Find. Their alleged help phone number is always busy. No way to leave a message. I think my lesson in this - never by from an add on social media and never order anything on line without checking the reviews. Had I come to this site first I would have never ordered. SCAM!

Jacket I ordered never came. Their self called “world class support team” never responded. They took my money and gave me a tracking number at the start looking all legit but the tracking number never updates. Wish I had looked here first as you can see a lot of reveiws saying if you do get it they are poor quality.
They have never responded to my emails. Guess I’m never getting a refund.
So avoid them!

Cheap quality, awful product. On top of that the return experience is awfully slow and they force u to ship to China and wait a month for credit (if it happens at all).

Shipped me the wrong clothes directly from China, and they are now attempting to make me pay for the cost of returning them. Absurd "company policy" that is completely at odds with any EU and English law and fortunately, for that fact alone, is not worth the paper it's written on.

I should also point out that the clothes themselves are of very, very poor quality.

Avoid this retailer at all costs.

The shipping to a bit longer than I thought but the shoes were so worth the wait. I am in love with these shoes.

Easy to make a purchase and very pleased with the product on arrival. My only downside, it was not easy to track the delivery schedule.

I just received a jacket from AffinityFind. it took 27 days to get here. I ordered a medium, the product is marked as an XL and the actual size is smaller than a Men's small. It is completely unwearable. Plus the appearance of the item is substandard. I'll never order from them again.

Total scam and fraud. If you used credit card, they will give you full refund! I used American Express.

Wrong size shorts and no response to email on customer service. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered shoes which never arrived. I inquired several times and was given phony tracking numbers. A month later still no shoes. I protest with PayPal. AF gives them phony tracking numbers. The con seems to be that they placate you with lies until the time to escalate a claim with PayPal runs out then you're stuck.

Ordered shoes on March 31st. Realized while tracking shipment that order was coming from China. I began to worry a little. Read multiple complaints on this site and BBB. Received shoes on April 20th. Lucky I guess. Will not order from company again, but my only experience was not a negative one.

Not a good experience with this company at all. Their Customer service was the worst I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thery really really need a customer service landline that has a person to talk to because that email crap ain’t gettin it at all!!!!!

Bought the beige denim pilots jacket in XL. Had to email 5 TIMES to check status of order. Finally recieved it after 2months. It was too small. I’ve NEVER had any garmet that was XL be too small for me, always more room, usually wear a large. But this was slightly too small. Funny thing was they size tag inside the garment read 3XL!!!
Wanting to return the item, I’ve emailed them 4 TIMES asking for an RMA number (required by them for a return) AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REPLY.
THIS COMPANY’S CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ONCE THEY’VE GOT YOUR MONEY.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I bought faulty defective shoes from them & their return policy is ridiculous. You pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee even if the issue was their fault. No returns are accepted for for any reason & you will be lucky to get 50% of your money back. I am out of pocket by €33.
Descriptions of items are not accurate. For instance, they list leather shoes contain no leather whatsover. Scam company. Do NOT fall for this like I did. An absolutely appalling company. The quality of their material is very cheap and poor, and looks nothing like their advertised product. Save yourself the time and money, and shop somewhere with better quality. Safe to say I won't be purchasing from them again. Under no circumstances order anything from them, you will be disappointed, regardless of promises about customer satisfaction and very appealing prices you'll be left out of pocket. This really is a company that exudes the buyer beware culture.
