Scam company. Their listed addresses are all mail drops. They re-list Aliexpress ads using the original seller's photos, then mark-up products by more than 150%. On top of that, they charge shipping fees when the original seller listed the item including free shipping. Their return policy is ridiculous. You pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee even if the issue was their fault. No returns are accepted for women's clothing for any reason.

Descriptions of items are not accurate. For instance, they list leather shoes contain no leather whatsover. Scam company. Do NOT fall for this like I did.

The jacket I ordered was way too small. Probably a child's size. I am unable to find a return address or even a phone number to contact them. Item was shipped from China and I am unable to read the shipping address!

Placed an order early March. No updates on the status for 2 weeks. I have contacted the company and they said that the product was out of stock!(do not know why in the first place they accepted the order and charged my card?!)
They promised to refund!
After one month ...NOTHING!
2 weeks ago....they changed the status....the shipment is on the way...but will take ....forever! I do not want anymore a product that was dedicated to the Easter holiday!
Their customer email service is like the worst robot! They repeat same *words* avoiding any answer!
This is the most illegal company that is allowed to scam people!

Scam of a website. Don't buy anything from them. Cheaply produced products shipped from China. Not true to size for what you are used to in the US or otherwise. Waiting to receive my RMA numbers trying to get my money back.

Do NOT purchase the Wayfarer bag from this company. They send you a cheap bag that is nothing like the picture. They illustrate a S.C. Cotton bag in their pictures of the product. It is not the product shown. It is a cheaply made version of the bag. The straps are not leather, they are cheap man-made material. The canvas is a hard as a rock...not soft and pliable. It is the cheapest 'knock-off' possible without any label. I would give less than one star if it were an option. They are a scam company. You can get a beautiful, authentic S.C. Cotton bag on Amazon for half the price, and it will arrive in a week rather than over a month. This company should be shut down.

An absolutely appalling company. Under no circumstances order anything from them, you will be disappointed, regardless of promises about customer satisfaction and very appealing prices you'll be left out of pocket. This really is a company that exudes the buyer beware culture.

Ordered two items on 01-29-18, using my PayPal Credit Account for payment. Received 1 item on 02-22-18. Notified Affinity Find about missing item by email numerous times. They asked for photos from the outer packaging and inner contents, which I did. The outer label on yellow envelope shows clearly that only one item which were the shoes inside of package. Response from several Customer Service representatives through email stating that they were looking into it and to be patient and that there would be a guaranteed refund or replacement with free shipping. I also got PayPal Credit Complaint and Claims department involved on Sat, 02-24-18 and a claim was initated. As of 04-18-19, Affinity Find said to PayPal Credit they would refund $34.95 for the cost of the missing item(sweater) if I sent back the shoes. Then they would refund for the whole amount of $120.23 ($71.99 cost of shoes.) Affinity Find's correspondence to me in 04-01-18 and 04-02-18 was totally different than what it was with PayPal Credit. On 04-18-18, I insisted on sendiny all of my Email correspondence from Affinity Find to PayPal Credit to prove to them that Affinity Find is dishonest. You can't even reach them by the telephone number listed.

I bought some onyxware 45 days ago and the package has been delivered to a different country and address. I am trying to deal through PayPal but I'm not sure it will lean to my side.
DON'T BUY SH1T FROM THIS LOUSY WEBPAGE!

they sent the wrong item and wrong size, and were totally unresponsive in dealing with it - obviously trying to wait out the 21 day window for resoltion on paypal.

CON ARTISTS!!!! Ordered an item, THEY sent the wrong size and expected me to pay £15 to send the item back from the UK to USA. Which I did begrudgingly, only to never receive a replacement or refund until I made a case against them through PayPal. Even then they only refunded £33 of the £55 spent! £22 I will never get back, and all because of an error THEY made! Terrible correspondence, customer service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! 😡

STINKY VINYL CHEAP SHOES.
I purchased shoes that claimed leather uppers. After about 4 weeks they arrived, they were all cheap vinyl and smelled like fuel! They smelled so bad the stink filled the room, i had to put them in the garage. I sent an email, they replied the next day saying someone will follow up, that was the last I heard. Its been 2 weeks and no replues after multiple emails.
I wish I found these reviews before I ordered. Don't order anything from they. It ships from China and will cost me more to ship back than they are worth.

Order placed December. Today is April 11th 2018. Still waiting for goods.
I must have sent 20 emails and I have had two responses ( not counting 3 standard letters which are sent to everyone.)
One response apologised and promised to deal with it personally, the other actually stated that the goods had been shipped. That was more than 3 weeks ago.
It’s fair to say I will never use this company again.

Update. Finally - after 7 months - I received a refund. Still not happy because I didn’t ask for a refund, just wanted the products. But after countless emails and very little response I guess they just paid me off.
Didn’t compensate for either the money I paid out sending the original order back or for the countless hours I spent chasing customer service. Bad company to deal with. STAY AWAY

This affinity find are scammers,don't buy from them ,I lost 200£,they don't deliver and I made a fraud complain against them.

Ordered a jacket that took over a month to be delivered. As Chinese sizes are not comparable to US sizes my jacket was way too small. They are based in China so their customer service is poor at best. They do not do phone calls. I returned the item I ordered and still have not received a refund after more than 2 weeks. The product quality appeared acceptable but the sizing is ridiculous and the customer service is abysmal. If you order from them be prepared for inordinately long deliver times and poor customer service.

This company is very unprofessional to say the least. I tried calling them (mailbox full), and sending e-mails regarding their wrong order, to no avail. I have yet to speak to someone. The quality of their material is very cheap and poor, and looks nothing like their advertised product. Save yourself the time and money, and shop somewhere with better quality clothing. Safe to say I won't be purchasing from them again.

At the end of your order you realize the product will be shipped from China. That itself isn't an issue. But their return policy states that the buyer must cover the cost of shipping if they return an item. So here's what they do: they intentionally send you the wrong item and when you try to return it, the shipping costs more than the item. I bought a jacket and the one they sent was much lower quality than what was advertised but shipping back to china cost more than the jacket. They know the user won't return it so they end up profiting off of false advertisement.
