Expect deliveries to be either late or towards the outer date they suggest.
Probably only a few weeks after ordering the ring I had noticed that the ring had dropped in value by over £400 and despite all of the delays below they were reluctant to offer me any compensation.
Ordered the ring 02/06/25 and the expected delivery in 3-5 weeks which ended up being 6 weeks.
The ring didn't fit so after paying £300 for a remake I was told it would take 3-6 weeks to be remade and redelivered which turned out to be almost 10 weeks in total from when they had received the ring back.

You ordered an outsized ring, outside our standard size range of J to Q. We do clearly mention that rings ordered outside of this range are non returnable, and before accepting payment we always confirm with the customer that they would like to proceed with this condition.
As the incorrect size was ordered, the ring had to be remade for a fee. We do not make any profit on remakes, this is a service we offer to help customers who have ordered the wrong size after being informed that their ring is non returnable. We also state that a remake can take up to six weeks.
Regarding the change in price, the cost of materials such as diamonds and gold changes regularly, and we review and update our prices a few times a year to reflect these market movements.
We are sorry for any frustration caused by the timeframes involved, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
