My initial order was out of stock and Miriam kept in contact with me to give updates, I explained that I needed the bangle before a certain date and Miriam notified me of new stock and a guarantee it would be delivered on time and I am so happy with my purchase.

We were disappointed to see the one-star review, as we weren’t contacted at any point to let us know there was an issue with the delivery, which would have allowed us to resolve this much sooner. According to the tracking, the item has been held at a Royal Mail sorting office since 9 December.
Royal Mail is a separate third-party courier that we use, and while delays are outside of our direct control, we are always happy to assist and resolve any issues when we’re made aware of them. If the item has still not arrived, we are more than happy to arrange a replacement to be sent out.
We have attempted to contact you directly and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this for you.

I can see from your order timeline that your earrings were delivered at around the 3 week mark. At the time of purchase, we did explain that the item was not in stock and would need to be hand crafted, which typically takes around 2 to 3 weeks. We completely understand that waiting can be frustrating, and I am sorry if it felt longer than expected.
I am also sorry to hear that the size of the stones was not what you were hoping for. We understand that buying jewellery online can be difficult, which is why we offer a 30-day returns policy. We never want a customer to feel stuck with an item they do not love.
We would really welcome the opportunity to exchange your earrings for a larger pair, or alternatively arrange a refund if you would prefer.

I ordered a ring for my partner for Christmas, I was notified they didn’t have the ring I ordered in stock and they’ll be making a new one from scratch, they told me that it might not make it in time for Christmas but they’ll get it sent out as soon as they can, the ring arrived well before Christmas and it looks more beautiful than on the photos!
