Be prepared in case you have to speak to the worst employee ever
I guess all companies have good and bad staff. I found both at Age Co. Salesman was excellent and provided balanced guidance and prices. But after that, it went really wrong. If I hadn't already cancelled the other tendering firm, I would have gone back to them because the Age Co employee that I dealt with in the "sales" team was truly awful - so bad that he virtually accused me of lying and I was so stunned that the phone call ended suddenly. Supply and installation of stair lift by Handicare was excellent. My advice? Look elsewhere.
Update. Experience taken on board by Jayne who has soothed my irate brow and promised to investigate! Thanks, Jayne.

Very straight forward website and very helpful on the phone. The car insurance quotation offered saved me some £90 when compared to my present car insurance company’s renewal offer.

Charging delivery twice for the same order
I like their products however watch out for being charged delivery for each item you order. To I ordered one item and eent through the checkout paying the delivery rate.
Then you get the option to continue shopping I placed another item for which another delivery was charged. This is not the first time this has happened. In the past it has came in the same box. Folks beware. I am surprised that a company like this do this.

Really Great Experience
I received a leaflet from Age Co through my letterbox re insurance. I had been looking at other companies for contents only insurance and their sites were so complicated I gave up. Age Co use LV I contacted them and got to speak with a very nice person who was kind and patient with me and purchased a policy from them.

You were great in providing a insurance cost within reasonable limits.
It felt that you were on the side of the older driver where elsewhere motor insurance at an affordable cost appears difficult to find.

It was the first time that I'd had to do it, so felt very flustered to start with, but the agent was clearly spoken and listened to my questions, giving clear answers.
I would recommend. In fact I have already recommended LV car insurance to some family members.
