I had a wonderful experience with AHA Bazaar recently. I placed a last-minute order for groceries and Indian snacks for Christmas and was worried they wouldn't arrive in time. After contacting their team, they went above and beyond to ensure my order reached me before our guests arrived. Not only was the delivery punctual, but the quality was outstanding. Our guests especially loved the authentic sweets and savouries. Thank you, AHA Bazaar, for making our holiday so memorable. Highly recommended!

Following on from my last review, Aha bazaar customer service contacted me directly and expressed their deep apologies for the item, and have sent me a nice better quality coffee filter which is so much better. They kept in constant contact with me until I received the replacement coffee filter which I received today. This proves that customer service, and happy customers are at the heart of their business. Thank you 🙏🏽

Absolutely rubbish mangoes all very soft and would not recommend ordering from them what a waste of around £20

Worst Alphonso Mangos I got today.Third class. Very cheap quality item. Do not order from this chapter company. All are soft and third quality. I didn't pay you money and courier charges for that kind of third class item.I will never order from you again. You guys are cheaters

Poor service by Aha bazaar. Ordered few snacks with a delivery fee for a promised delivery within 48 hours but received after 5 days. One item was not in stock which they noticed only after taking the payment.
No refund was made and when I contacted them about it, they said that I should get it within 48 hours which I haven’t. What a callous attitude towards customers.
Lost a customer

Doesn’t deserve even 1 star! Paid and ordered (over £15) desi carrots online only to receive regular carrots which I could’ve bought from my local Morrisons for 76p! I rang only to be told “was thinking who is the frantic call from” which leads me to believe they were expecting my call (I had already tried to WhatsApp) point being I was livid only to be told they will investigate which leads me to another assumption that they couldn’t investigate jackpoop if it was right in front of their faces……not great for a place of business purporting in its ‘our story’….. to be here to make their fortune (laughable). However they have when all is said and done committed fraud as the stock pics on their website denote long red typical desi carrots……not the orange British ones. Despite giving them 48 hours since my phone call to resolve the issue I’ve sadly had to get trading standards involved - a long arduous journey but I’m here for it. Very dodgy ‘shop’ that I wouldn’t let my elderly mum wander in nvm regular people.

This was my first time I contacted AHABAZAAR to place an online order for some soft drinks(GLUG100% fruit juice) recently and I was pleasantly surprised to see them delivered within 3 working days. They kept me informed of everything until I received the order .Very competitive price and excellent service. I would definitely recommend AHA BAZAAR to anyone.

Delivery was very delayed by DHL, but I had no issues as no fresh food was ordered.
