Limited sizing
Only sell every other size starting with age 3-4 then jumps to age 5-6, which seems silly when kids start school age 4-5! have kept the PE and book bag which are fine. Just a shame we can’t keep any of the clothing

No choice but to pay postage as items required for school and no option to collect instead.
Also wait times for delivery aren't ideal, as can't always plan in advance, or afford to plan in advance for sudden requirements of items.

order 4 weeks late
Ordered a school fleece jumper and was told it’d take 14 days to arrive. Waited for two weeks, but there was no sign of dispatch or out for delivery. Sent multiple emails after I had waited for 2 weeks and then it arrived within the fourth week.

I wrote a day after my order to change my order I was told is not possible. I ordered a girl cardigan instead of boys own for lakeside primary academy. I came back home the kids removed the label already, now the two cardigan is just useless in my home now. Money wasted

Great colours that don’t fade & washes well.
I’ve been buying uniforms from Andrew Hyde for many years now for both my kids. I love how they wash well and still continue to look new and the colour doesn’t fade.
