I contacted the company (through Amazon) as the forecast delivery date was a few days later than we wanted as we needed the slide board with some urgency. The company replied immediately and managed to get the slide board to us within two days - resolving a lot of problems for us and at no extra charge. This is an example of excellent Customer Service. Will definitely use them again.

Sadly they sent the wrong item initially, however organizing its return was painless and extremely helpful. They mailed me a return label but, when the location was too far to get to, they organized for the package to be collected door to door without any fuss.

This item was okay but I think there is DESIGN FAULT . You have to empty from the well end which means unless extremely careful it goes over the handle this also means it is hard to empty properly if you hold the handle better if handle was moved to side of pot.

Had a little scratch on the handle sent an email with a photo and within two hours had a reply and was offered a refund ir a replacement. Excellent service would recommend this company.

Thankyou to Aids 4 Mobility for a super speedy dispatch of my daughters bright pink tri-walker. She is over the moon with the colour as adores anything pink! Most tri walkers are a standard blue or burgandy so was so refreshing to see bright colours at last as not all people are eldrely that require a tri-walker so its good to see fun colours suitable for younger adults. Hopefully more products will start to have more fun colours to appeal to a larger group of disabled adults :-)
