Scam! I ordered what I thought was Judy Blue Jeans. Just got them and they are straight up trash. Nothing like what was advertised. I paid $80.00 for jeans I would not pay $1.00 for, that’s how bad they are.

My hubby purchased a gnome advent calendar, it was advertised as plush gnomes and a nice size. What arrived was small cheap plastic junk. what a total scam!

Such an awful experience. I thought I was getting Judy Blue Jeans, but I don't know what they sent. I paid extra for shipping, and it took forever to get them. I'm so disappointed. I wish there were a "no star" option. They don't even deserve the one star I had to give. I'm not happy at all. I paid $40 for each pair of jeans that I ordered. I wouldn't have taken them for free if that was an option. They are AWFUL... Just like their customer service team!!!! Ordered jeans October 21 and recieved them November 6th.

Definitely a scam. Ordered a pair of apparently “fake Judy blue” jeans. They did not fit. Requested return/refund procedure. Was told to give them to a family member as return is too costly and a hassle. Not even the pants advertised. Thieves for sure. Absolutely do not do business with them.

SCAMMERS !!!! I ordered two car mirror phone holders. They sent 3. But they made sure to leave out the clamps for the top part so it can’t be hooked on the mirror. If you contact them they tell you no refund unless you ship the items back yourself and pay the cost. But they will only give back 50%. You will never see a penny back.

These are scammers. This sink stopper DOES NOT FIT USA drains! I ordered FOUR and am stuck with them because the only way to return them and get a refund is to PAY TO RETURN TO CHINA!!!! They know no one will incur that cost! No paperwork/invoice is included in the package. This is what they said:

After receiving what appears to be a quality floor drain only to find it is too large, I excersize the return option only to be advised to return the product to a China address at a ridiculous cost or take a 30% refund. Caveat emptor!

Why does Facebook allow this scam company to advertise on their site. Facebook, you suck!
My order email has now, mysteriously, disappeared from my inbox. I put a complaint in to my credit card, and they suggest I get a new one. A lot of worry and trouble, for a sink stopper that will never be delivered. Live and learn, I suppose

Do NOT trust this company and or their online transactions! I ordered not one but two wood salves for $45(!) and have never received either one. Attempted to contact the company to no avail for two months and am now reporting them for fraudulent practices. Awful to do to consumers as they are clearly simply thieves.

I purchased an electric knife sharpener when I received the item it was already well used and looked like a secondhand item. I want to return it but where is the return and refund procedures. I also ordered and paid for the adhesive and never received this. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this website for purchasing items.

I ordered a cleaning salve and I never received it. This company is a big scam. They stole my money.

One star because I had to. Cheap material, buttons and zipper barely zipped. The fit was clownish. Trying to talk to customer service was a nightmare. They wanted to give me 45% back to keep and try to find someone pants would fit. Never order from them. Complete scam!

This site is a scam. I purchased a product from this company never received the product despite the many times I tried to contact and asked for an update. This company is in China and call it a coincidence but besides not receiving my product and told I would not get a refund shortly after the purchase my card was charged over $1200.00 for a purchase of some car parts from a dealership in Gilbert Arizona. Never been to Gilbert Arizona. Very big scam. Do not purchase anything from this company

Purchased a phone holder (was sent 2). It does not fit my rear view mirror. Immediately emailed customer service addressed on Saturday, May 11, and have not received any response. Sick of these scammers!

Hmm. what went wrong... we can start off with the company sending the wrong product - a Tablet stand instead of the ordered Laptop stand. Then I received an offer for a 50% refund. Say what?? You screwed up and are generously offering me 50% back??? As I have told them repeatedly, I'm not interested in the refund, I just want the product.

If they can't provide me with the item that I ordered, then I will take a full refund.

They claimed that I couldn't do that until they get the wrong product back (at my cost). I replied that I have no problem providing the wrong product to the carrier when the correct one arrives or they can send a prepaid envelope and I will ship it back but I am not paying for shipping back their mistake. The last email I received from them was offering 70%. This amounts to them still making a profit from their error. I then asked to be put in touch with a manager and have heard nothing since.

This has been going on for a couple of months now. Very frustrating.

I do not recommend anyone do business with a company that will NOT correct their mistakes.
