Paid the money, received email to say they would be in touch when they have sent the product. 6 weeks have passed no email, no product.
Think I’ve been scammed, bugger.

So frustrating I work hard for my money.

So the product arrived, the furnisher polish is a cheap take off of what was advertised and so is the car cleaning product. The cell phone holder seems legit.
Very disappointed.

Placed an Order ail-52477 in January for Powerful Solder Multi-Material Repair Adhesive. Shipment arrived weeks later and was missing all the adhesive and contained only the plastic holders. I emailed customer service, they said to send them a picture of what I received. I sent them the picture and they said they would resend me the order, weeks later I never received and now all of a sudden, they now tell me to talk to my post office. What a Scam. I will file a claim with PayPal and see where that goes.
Would be nice to see Ailsion do the right thing.

Wow, days after my poor review, my product finally arrived. Product works very well, changing my review to 3 star.

I ordered this product on 2/18. Here I am, requesting a refund on 3/19. I sent an email to customer service and received a link to a shipping tracker app. The problem is you need a shipping number, the number that was never sent. This is so typical of companies located in China. This is a scam and I regret ordering this online. It was an impulse buy and the cost was inconsequential. I’m glad I used PayPal to buy this product because I at least feel like I have an advocate in my corner. $33 for fancy nail clippers. Me getting my money back was based on principles, not financial. Save yourself time and irritation, order from Amazon where refunds and returns are effortless.
