Think twice before buying. Customer service non- existent, delivery times not as stated and almost impossible to return for a refund.

my Airbrush arrived and it is cheap and nasty and not fit for purpose. I thought I was purchasing from a UK company and wish i had read the shocking reviews - shocking product - fit for the bin! DO NOT BUY this product - it is just a very cheap piece of plastic and I am sure is hazardous.

I brought one of these and wrote a review stating how awful the product was and it’s a scam.
Yesterday i received a phone call, the lady on the phone told me if I removed my review they would give me a partial refund!!! I would rather lose all my money then remove my review, this company and products are despicable DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THEM

Mine was delivered today, and my heart sunk when i opened it, pretty sure 3 of the ‘heads’ have been 3d printed and are not heatproof or fireproof, will be going in the bin. Feel a bit stupid 😔

I've already written a review as product took ages to arrive. After almost 4 weeks it came. It's cheap and well, rubbish. My hair felt flat and looked greasy post use. I tried contacting them ( to find out how to return this) via email which bounces back and via their website. This was almost 2 weeks ago and yet to hear back. This is frustrating. I want yo return it but no-one is answering me.

Emailing this company for nearly a month now. Every email says they are passing it on the the “relevant team”
Order was completely faulty. Said they tried to refund an “out of stock” product they have taken money for and never sent.
The airbrush attachments do not stay on the unit.
Now asking for bank details to “refund” and said the will apparently send me a new unit. Even though I’ve asked in every email for a refund and return the faulty goods
Please do not purchase anything from this company.

Do not buy from these for your own safety!!
This was not working properly so I reported it and they asked for videos of heat :/
This has since tripped my electrics twice trying to record the video and yet they won't accept for me to return this.
Customer service is abroad and barely speak English!

Theft! They took my money, I cancelled the order within 3 hours and that was back in the beginning of December. I have nothing had a response for a few weeks now, following a series of emails from jade and others promising my money back and then asking for more details to identify the transaction. DO NOT USE

To anyone that has also been scammed by Airbrush UK please make sure you contact your bank. They have asked me for bank details after not refunding me for a month and refusing to refund me using a safe method of my choice. As if I would trust them with any further bank information after 30 days of constant back and forth nonsense. Bank is now dealing with it.

Follow up - So after two months of bombarding them with emails, many very insulting and progressively more so, all of which were responded to politely, I actually received a refund. I had cancelled within the allotted two hours having read the reviews too late. The refund was always due but problem with their system, lost my details and so it went on. I stayed on their mailing list and challenged every false sales pitch they sent out. They then asked for alternative bank details to pay me as the original payment method hadn’t worked - oh yeah! so I sent an account that I first emptied, I really don’t trust them and then out of the blue I received the refund. I know I could have claimed from the bank but it was the principle. If you have the energy just keep the pressure on or better still just DO NOT BUY! Total dishonest scammers

From my initial order Airbrush has kept me fully informed with updates and delivery. Having experimented with all the Airbrush attachments I am loving this hairdryer.

If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would. Avoid this company like the plague !!!. Saw this on Facebook and ordered via the Airbrush website. It took 3 weeks to arrive from China, not 3-5 days as stated on website.
When it finally arrived it was in an air bubble plastic bag, no box for protection. The airbrush was shoved in the travel case, the attachments did not even fit in the case properly. There was black dust all over, no idea where from, in the travel case. The Airbrush itself was made of cheap plastic, along with the attachments. I did not dare turn it on, for fear of shorting my electrics. I tried to email the company about returning the Airbrush 3 times, with no reply.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM !!!

I saw this product on Facebook with all the lovely comments and models showing you how great the product worked. I suggested my family buy it for my Christmas, they even paid extra for the travel case.
The hairdryer is very loud, it over heats the attachments, they do not work as shown in the videos. You have to wrap your hair around the wands, they blow out air and have no suction like a Dyson. Complete waste of money and there is no point returning it having now read the reviews on Trust Pilot.
The people saying this is a great product should be ashamed, clearly on the payroll :(

I would leave 0 stars if possible. The item finally arrived weeks late, dreadful communication. They are scammers and so avoid. I did finally get a 15% refund

Terrible product, had it a few months and used a handful of times. It has made loud noises, smoked and caught fire. Nobody at the customer service team have been helpful and no refund given. Terrible device and terrible company. Do not buy.

Scam! This company is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs. I ordered the airbrush as a Christmas gift for my sister. It didnt arrive and the tracking states it was delivered to a different address. After numerous emails requesting a refund they have now blocked my emails and i am getting no response from them.

Please do not waste your money on this product. I decided to gamble my £89 (idiot that I am, I opted for the travel case too), even though my instincts told me this could not possibly be a company that was genuinely challenging Dyson quality at such a fraction of the price. Instincts should be heard every time sadly. Ordered on 8th December, arrived today 29th Dec (website is a tissue of lies and misrepresentation, it states 3-5 days delivery). The case and parts inside were covered in a film of black dust (no idea). All of the tools and the dryer unit itself are made of the cheapest possible, lightweight plastic. Not even a hint that these guys have made a nod towards Dyson quality. Everything about it screams “Lets milk this market while we can and then get out fast”. On quality of build and materials think of the cheapest, tiny, hotel hairdryer, in the cheapest hotel you've ever stayed in, and you'll be getting the picture. I do not want to even try and use this product because I have no faith it is even safe to use. It is also incredibly loud, another give away that it's the lowest possible quality. If you want a Dyson dupe my advice would be to at least buy from somewhere you have redress - and that is most certainly not China. Their list of Returns and Refund conditions are laughable and would not be tolerated under UK trading standards laws (but this is China where they do not apply). Despite their own acknowledgement that their advertising induces the consumer to “Try risk free for 30 days” this is simply not true. The ONLY grounds for a refund is if the product is defective, and even then you return to China at your own cost, covering customs duties, including proof of purchase (which is precisely what from an online purchase? A screengrab of a confirmation email, or a bank account payment? Who knows, but suspect these gangsters would move the goal posts whatever you supplied to meet their many terms). This is 100% a scam product that likely cost barely £5 per unit to manufacture. Save yourself a lot of anger and frustration. It is too good to be true.

Yet again scammed by a company proporting to be in the UK but obviously sent from China I haven't received my airbrush and am very disappointed. When will I learn these companies just hood wink you into thinking it is a british product don't believe it Terrible customer service i emailed them 2 weeks ago but haven't heard back from them yet
UPDATE Airbrush finally arrived on New Years Eve. It is utter rubbish and so flimsy not fit for purpose. As others have said the curling attachment does not have anything to grip the hair. Definitely came from China STEER WELL CLEAR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

I wish I read the review’s before making an orderFinally I got my product but it is faulty as overheating within minutes of using it. I wanted to return it but there is no reply from a customer service at all, they ignore my emails completely. DO NOT BUY from THEM
