Horrible company
Like many others, I have been scammed by this company. Order placed on the 12th with the promise of despatch between 24-48hrs. That hasn’t happened. To date, it hasn’t even left the factory. They refused to accept a cancellation as their terms and convictions state a max of 2 hrs from ordering - that’s absolute rubbish. Haven’t they heard of UK distance selling regs. However, airbrush Uk isn’t actually in the UK, it’s in china. I’ve checked the order number and it hasn’t changed status since last Friday. Email sent and they actually responded quickly but it was short and sweet from someone calling themselves Jade. We won’t cancel the order under any circumstances (2hrs) . They can’t provide a tracking number either, why ? Because it hasn’t been delivered to the UK courier as I suspect it’s on a slow boat from china.I’m now contacting my card issuer to raise a dispute. Avoid like the plague
Update, it’s now 26 December and it hasn’t arrived. Not surprised tbh. I’ve heard absolutely nothing, other than regular marketing emails offering me 10% discount on future purchases - laughable. I still await the outcome of my Amex complaint.
Update 31 December……despite emailing this company several times, they have failed to respond. I have mentioned distance selling regs (uk) and the fact they are required to accept the return of the item within 14 days of receiving it , if it actually arrives. Note, they do not have a returns section on their website. Apparently Evri have had it since the 26th but it hasn’t budged in 5 days. I still await the outcome of my claim update via American express. Can’t quite believe they have allowed this company to operate under the Amex banner. The negative reviews submitted after mine come as no surprise given my experience.
Item eventually arrived on 3 January, 22 days after order was placed. Right away I noticed it was very poorly packaged with one layer of the thinnest bubble wrap I’ve ever seen. It was inevitable the item inside was going to be damaged throughout its long journey from the far east. I’ve now emailed them regarding this. Time will tell if they respond, refund or take action. My card issuer has been advised of the latest development. I won’t hold my breath on a refund from this sham of a company. The latest reviews posted come as no surprise.

The airbrush is pretty good
The airbrush is pretty good. The only thing is that the air curler doesn't seem strong enough for my hair which is about 5 inches long, so it only pulls a bit of hair round.
Dries hair quickly leaving it shiny.

Do not order from this company . I cancelled this order on the same day . Over a month has gone and I have not received a refund . They keep saying they will refund . I have reported the company for fraud .

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
I had an extremely bad experience with Airbrush UK.
After placing an order, I researched the company on independent platforms such as Trustpilot and found a large number of negative reviews reporting serious refund problems, misleading practices, and lack of transparency. Due to this, I cancelled my order immediately, before it was shipped. I never received any product.
I contacted customer support multiple times requesting a refund. Although they repeatedly replied saying that the refund “would be processed” or that they were “reviewing the case,” nothing ever happened. These were nothing but empty promises. To this day, no refund has been processed, no confirmation has been provided, and no proof of payment exists. My money has simply not been returned.
What makes this situation even more concerning is that I attempted to leave an honest negative review on their own website, and it was never published. Only positive reviews appear there, which strongly suggests that negative feedback is deliberately filtered or removed to create a false image of reliability.
There is also no clear phone number or proper customer support channel, making it extremely difficult to resolve issues once they have taken your money.
Because of their complete lack of action, I was forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank and I am prepared to escalate the matter to UK Trading Standards.
This company shows a clear pattern of delaying refunds, ignoring customers, and controlling reviews. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away and not risk their money.

For the price I was willing to accept reasonable, how wrong I was! The quality is exceptional and the product has so many attachments that all do exactly what they claim to do! I’ve only had one issue- my daughter tried it, loved it and took it home with her! So I’m back to my heavy GHD for a little while🙄
No airbrush, no response from customer care
Their own customer care contact email address quoted on my confirmation of order email says emails are undeliverable to this account. They have taken my cash but not delivered my order for two airbrushes which were Christmas presents.

I cannot afford a Dyson airwrap so I looked at some online reviews of similar items. This one came up top so I ordered on Black Friday. It arrived in about 10 days. I'm really pleased with it, I'm not really a hair girlie so I'm going to need to practice - a lot! But so far it has been very simple to use and I am very impressed. I have fine bobbed hair and it has given me so much more volume. I would definitely recommend this product.

Although it took rather a long time to arrive, I am very impressed with the Airbrush. My usual bushy, frizzy mop, turned out to be very smooth and nicely styled. Not only that, it has lasted over several days.

Website is a complete scam. I cancelled my order after reading the reviews. Turns out I was never going to receive a refund. Kept being “fobbed”off with excuses why there was a delay on my refund. I had since reported them as a scam to my bank who have refunded me and are going after the website now. Please make sure you all do this also and hopefully we can get them shut down

Avoid. Customer service is absolutely awful. They claim the have no responsibility of an item once it’s marked delivered due to policy however the Uk law says different. Won’t offer even a part refund. They did offer 20% off if I brought the item again. What a joke of a company. Don’t waste your money

Absolutely no order conformation, dispatch or delivery information, no tracking, no proof of delivery.. absolutely nothing, no contact what so ever so trying to contact through pay pal to sort this as I paid through them .. currently paid for an item I have not received and struggling to find any form of contact to sort this out
