I placed my order on 21 June and have yet to receive the air conditioning unit. The last update I received, after following up, was that I should wait for the delivery driver to contact me, as they are unable to provide a tracking number. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliability or peace of mind, as the customer service has been very poor.
Lastest Update
Got an email below on the 1st of July
Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies regarding your order. Unfortunately, due to significantly higher demand than anticipated, our current stock allocation has now been fully exhausted, and we are unable to fulfil your order within the original expected timeframe.
We are pleased to confirm that additional stock is already scheduled to arrive, with replenishment expected on 12th August. As things stand, we would be very happy to keep your order active and prioritise processing and dispatch as soon as the new stock becomes available.
I reserved my comments until the product is delivered.

We have been working with Aircare Appliances for a long time now, and they are hands down one of our most reliable partners. Whenever we need something urgently, the team goes above and beyond. Just recently, we needed a unit delivered to our office by Wednesday morning, and George and the team sorted everything out, processed the invoice, and booked next-day AM delivery within minutes. Absolute superstars! If you want a supplier you can completely trust and depend on, look no further. Thank you for the amazing cooperation as always, keep up the great work!

Extremely disappointing experience.
Before placing my order, I specifically asked about delivery because I needed the air conditioner within a reasonable timeframe. Based on the information I received, I decided to order from Aircare instead of another retailer.
After placing the order, I received no tracking information, no courier details, and no estimated delivery date. Customer service repeatedly responded with vague messages such as "it's on the way" without providing any actual information.
Only after chasing them several times did they tell me that new stock from the manufacturer would not arrive until the end of July, something that was never disclosed before I placed the order.
My contract is with Aircare, not their supplier. As the retailer, they should know the expected delivery timeframe before taking customers' money, or at the very least communicate delays honestly and proactively.
The biggest issue isn't just the delay. It's the complete lack of transparency and communication. Had I known there was no stock and that delivery could be delayed by more than a month, I would have bought from another retailer.
Very disappointing customer service, and I would think carefully before ordering if delivery time is important to you.

The service by George has been outstanding. The original unit I ordered wasn’t in stock but I was quickly offered an alternative. Great service during exceptional times, as AC units everywhere are hard to get hold of.

I appreciate it's a small outfit and the heatwave drew up demands quite a lot, but the team was creating - going to great lengths to get me my order shipped out. The initial unit I ordered was oversold and they found a replacement, covered the difference in cost and got it out to me ASAP!
Very happy with their service.

I purchased a portable aircon unit a few weeks ago and it was the best decision!
Thanks so much George.

Got me moveable Air Conditioning in the middle of a heatwave. Heroes. The price was bumped up but that's how it's going to be for a bit. I found the delivery status a bit obtuse, one communication marked "on it's way" and "fulfilled" which seems ambiguous to me. Eventually came on a pallet, but it wasn't until the day before that I got delivery notification and it wasn't clear what the item was, though being on a pallet was a big clue. So that's my only gripe really, I did query the delivery confirmation and they got back to me within an hour, despite being so incredibly busy during the heatwave.

Ordered an air con unit on 21/6. It was more expensive than similar units on other websites, but was happy to pay the extra as it said it would be delivered by 23/6-24/6. Received shipping confirmation 22/6, but said there’s no tracking info available. It’s now 25/6 and still saying no tracking info available. Tried calling Aircare customer services several times, no one answers the phone. Tried their live chat service, no response. Also emailed, again, no response. They may be a small company but that’s no excuse to completely ignore customers, especially after they’ve taken your money!! I would avoid this company if you are looking for a hassle free purchase!
I ordered my aircon unit on Monday, the money was taken out of my bank, I was then emailed to say it was out of stock, I have still not received my refund and have no response to my email,
"customer services" is just an external lady who couldn't even check on any information for me so was completely pointless calling.
We ordered the Midea Portasplit 12000 BTU AC unit on Saturday 20 June and it arrived at 10am today (25 June). We did start to worry, as we received no tracking info until this morning, just a couple of hours before delivery. We also rang several times over the past few days and emailed, and eventually got a response very late last night and then again this morning. The initial unresponsiveness did cause us concern, as we had no idea if or when we’d get our AC unit. However, once they contacted us, they were very helpful and reassuring that our AC unit was on its way. I think the company has likely been flat out with processing orders, given the current extreme heatwave, which has meant they haven’t answered calls or emails as quickly as usual. I think it could be helpful for their customers if Aircare had dedicated staff for phone calls/emails during really busy periods, or even an automated message that reassures their customers. It was the silence that was worrying for us, but that being said, we are overall now very happy with the service we received…and the AC unit is amazing!
Great service from George who suggested an excellent aircon unit after the one I wanted was out of stock. He went above and beyond to get it out to me with next day delivery.
I recommend using the website chat as this will provide a fairly quick response and will help getting your order secured.
Thank you George, I can only guess you guys are extremely busy right now!
I have emailed, called (I'm pretty sure they're not answering calls ATM) on multiple occasions a 400 pound unit and it's being prepared for sat. What's more they took 1-3 day delivery cost. I initially was concerned this company is a scam company because there seem to be other people saying the same or that they've taken orders and they dot have the product which is misleading and false advertisement.
So so far I'm not impressed. Update your website to say that things are unavailable once you don't have them. Or hire more staff so you can ship your products efficiently and on time. Without misleading consumers.
I'll have to keep trying to contact them. We also have a baby so this really isn't ideal as it was for their room. So overall non existent customer service, non existent order and misleading and non existent delivery.
This retailer is probably fine to use when it's cool out, but with the recent heat they have become overwhelmed and do not answer their emails or phones. Products don't seem to ever arrive, and there's no one to contact about that. I would avoid this retailer and look for a more reliable one. Very poor customer service.
I ordered Midea air con on express delivery and had a great experience.
I ordered on Sunday morning and on Tuesday morning I emailed for an update. I received response to my email immediately. They said that they processed my order promptly as I placed it and while they do not have access to third party delivery tracking they know it's been shipped. The order arrived Tuesday midday.
The air-con from Midea is a life saver, very strong.
I really appreciated the communication.
Called this company several times at different times of the day and you never get an answer, phone continuously rings
So I've changed this from a 1 star to a 4 star simply because I got a hold of George.
He explained the difficulties he has had recently with the heatwave and everyone wanting AC.
Essentially I paid for express delivery and expected that and was told on Live chat that my unit would be delivered on the Tuesday but it didn't arrive.
The live chat offered no explanation just a sorry you will have it soon.
Spoke to George, he refunded my express delivery, explained in full what was going on for the company and my order.
Next day Wednesday my unit arrived and problem solved.
The only thing I would suggest is more staffing on phones who can deal with requests.
Very happy customer despite the delivery issue.
Ordered a Midea 12,000 BTU from them on 28 May. Told delivery took four working days. When no word of the sending came on 3rd June, I contacted them to be told the unit was on the way and I would be contacted with a delivery date. I note I use the Shop app and both the air con unit, and a free window air lock kit Aircare provided were both added to the app automatically, so tracking in transit could be done. While the free window air lock kit status moved to sent/delivered (delivered on 5th June by Royal Mail), the air con unit's status never changed to indicate it was even dispatched. Weeks passed, until I contacted Aircare again on 18 June querying where the air con unit was for a second time, after I was sent emails from Aircare appliances asking me to review the air con unit that I hadn't even received. I was told the unit was sent and the dispatcher had told Aircare Appliances that it had been delivered and signed for on 4th June. However, I was home all day and no one knocked, let alone delivered this to my address. When I asked for evidence of delivery, such as delivery reference number, proof of signature or photo of delivery, none were provided. I was told that Aircare do not have access to third party information from the dispatcher, and that if it hadnt been delivered, a criminal investigation would need to be opened, as the unit had "been stolen". This was, respectfully, not my problem, as their contract was with the dispatcher who was fulfilling a service for them; my contract was with Aircare, whom I had paid for goods inclusive of delivery. When I asked how this would be resolved, given I had not received goods as paid for, and I again requested evidence of delivery, none was provided. I ended up going back to my credit card who thankfully refunded the money with haste. Be warned, if you do risk using this company, please use a credit card when buying from them, because if the order goes missing as mine seemingly did (if it was ever dispatched), they will not take any responsibility or offer a refund or replacement, even if there is no evidence of delivery. Maybe this was a one off, but I didnt like how this was handled at all. There was no notification of supposed shipment as promised, no contact was made to arrange a delivery date as promised, no evidence of the delivery was provided, and when this was raised as not delivered, there was no indication that this was to be taken seriously or any query that the dispatcher had not delivered as they claimed. Further, no information on how this was to be resolved was offered. Coincidentally, while I was writing this review, I was again contacted by Aircare who reaffirmed that the dispatcher told, who I was told was the "air conditioning centre" had reaffirmed that "according to their records" the air con unit was delivered on 4th June. I was then given the contact number of the air conditioning centre to chase the missing unit myself with no offer of help or resolution, and no evidence again provided of delivery. It is not my responsibility to chase an air-conditioning centre when I paid for the goods through Aircare. It is Aircare who has contracted them, so they are their customer. Fortunately, this is no longer my problem, as my credit care company have already employed a chargeback on the goods, although I am aware that other credit card companies can take a significant time longer than mine. Nevertheless, I am left without the zircon unit I purchased in the midst of a heatwave, and it has now sold out everywhere. Vey bad experience overall and cannot recommend this company.
I was just about to complete my purchase for Midea 12,000 BTU Portable Split Air Conditioner for 965 pounds net. Suddenly the website refreshed and now its costing 979 pounds exc vat and 1175 with vat.
Ive either been very unlukcy or algorithm saw the item was in my basket etc.
I have bought a Midea air conditioner from them and really appreciate how they helped me out with the ordering and delivery. Josh is so kind and helpful by keeping me update with the status of my order since it has been a busy time for getting an air con these days. And George has worked so hard to get my air con delivered as soon as possible, especially I wasn't able to receive it on the first day since I was working, and he and his team sent it back to me on the next day which I am very grateful for that. Overall it has been a great experience shopping with them. Many thanks to all of them.
