Dear Sir, Thank you for your review. We have gone through your booking. Your flight landed at 18:39 and you requested the pickup at 19:54. We usually give 30minutes extra free time. After the free time we charge for waiting (40p per minute). The driver was waiting for you until 22:59 and he has not done his following job. If we have charged for the waiting fully it would have been 150minutes at the rate of 40p = £60.00. But the driver charged you only £27.00. If you are not happy about this please let us know and we will refund the money.

The booking process online was a time waster
The booking process online was not smooth. A simple trip to London Heathrow took a frustrating amount of time to book as the system failed to respond. I phoned the office & was given advice. After trying again I ended up with 3 bookings. So I rang the office again. It should be made clearer at the start that you need to pay a booking fee online no matter how you pay for the actual journey. The journey worked out with perfect timing but it was with a lot of frustration with the website beforehand. Not a good experience with the mobile app.

I found AirportOnly easy to use, very helpful, both in answering a question and when I encountered a problem, and quickly responsive when foul weather in New York required changing flights and therefore pick-up time at Heathrow. They arrived promptly and found us.

Very good service both outbound and return journeys. Drivers were very professional and our journeys were without any hassle. The driver on the way back was very helpful at the airport and on arrival at home. He was very friendly and helpful. Have used AirportOnly in the past and would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.
