Scammers. Between them and the delivery company I've been left over a hundred pounds down without the item I've ordered. The delivery company sent me to Airsoft mania and they said to wait for the delivery company to finish their investigation which they never did. They just got me to wait so I couldn't claim it back through my bank. Stay away.

Scam site? I am not sure. But my order never arrived and support was not existent, even though they initially said they would contact the courier, I never heard back from them.

It has been one month since my order was placed, product never arrived, impossible to get someone to speak on the phone.

I specifically chose the German version of the gun, and on your website it was stated that it would be downgraded to below 0.5 joules so that it can be used in full auto under German law. However, when I chronoed the gun myself, it was slightly above this limit at around 0.53 joules. I then shortened the spring a little, and now it shoots at about 0.48 joules, which is perfect.

Good company that cares for their product and service i will always go to airsoft mania first to fill my needs of airsoft hobby addiction prices are very attractive.

Iv been waiting over 2 weeks for delivery. No tracking on parcel after the second day of supposed parcel being shipped. I firmly believe the item was not sent at all or has been stolen. Im very disappointed in airsoftmania.eu for not responding to my queries about the subject.

If ordering to be delivered to UK avoid at all cost.
I ordered a small part and paid for the fees at the point of purchase.
I was contacted by UPS and informed that I had to contact them to fill out a declaration to say that it wasn't a gun? I was informed I wouldn't need to fill the form by airsoft mania as I wasn't purchasing a gun. This took fifty minutes on the phone to sort. If I hadn't I was threatened with storage fees!
I then had to pay customs fees again in order to get delivery. Once again threatened with storage fees.
I contacted airsoft mania and received this reply!

I've ordered from this business before with very little difficulty until recently. That's how I found out how horrid their costumer service is.

Placed an order (10/09) and didn't really think about it until only 1/3 parts arrived, odd, but I waited another day when the second part came... however, that's when things started turning because the Delivery was then marked as Completed without the rest ever coming.

I contacted their support and provided all the info I had. It took them 13 days to get back to me with any sort of information (23/09) and a message saying they were contacting the delivery company. I asked them for an update as soon as possible and they never replied. I had to message them again (14/10) to see if they would answer me, only to get the same reply as the first time. They messaged back later (20/10) saying basically the exact same thing again.

At this point, and so much time gone, I was getting annoyed at all of this and the messages stopped soon after.

To this day I still have no conclusion to this matter.

All it takes is one of these episodes. Absolutely not being a costumer anymore.

They give fake discounts so watch out, they are more expensive then other websites...
I tried to contact thema but they keep ignoring me after several atempts to contact thema! They Know they are wrong.
I'am waiting for my order for one month now... Please don't buy from this website!

The M4 i ordered came in perfect conditon and eveything was fine, but it seems to have a little feeding problem with its high cap mag. After every 10 shots i need to spin the wheel so i just switched to a mid cap wich works way better

They are not willing to show loyalty for their customers. The order process is already over 72 hours without any shipping.
They are not even willing to respond to the emails if the email is sent after 12:00 on that day. I sent a email if my order will not be shipped today, I will cancel it and I request a refund. People paid for the products and they have to wait 1 week while nothing happens. Avoid this store!

Update: They sent the Replica after 2 weeks, but I had to chat on WhatsApp.
They incorrectly stated that the replica is 1.04 Joules on their website, and I trusted the description. After I got it, we checked and saw that the Joule was 1.45 with a 0.30g BB and this is not allowed in NL, must be under 1.2 Joule.
So now I have to pay €100 for airsoft service to change the spring.
Huge dissapointing, big rock on the heart!

Please don’t buy from this company!!! They sent the wrong product to me that then got seized by border control as a consequence and they won’t refund me. I’ve now got a distraught son who hasn’t got a birthday present and I’m £150 down. Disgraceful!

Box came damaged but everything inside was in perfect condition with 2 springs included for the 1 joule limit in my country. Order took slightly longer than the expected 3/4 days delivery said on their website (1 week and a bit). Customer support and updating was good. Other than that, no real complaints. Will definitely order again.

Good and easy website. Payment was easy with Klarna and shipping/delivery was fast. Product as described. Only one small remark: They shipped the product in the original box only wrapped with thin plastic. And as we all know, shipping companies do not handle packages with the most care so the original box was slightly damaged on arrival. Product itself was not damaged but it would be better to ship it in an additional box.

It worked smoothly and delivery was quick.

Ordered a fairly expensive rifle for delivery to the UK. A month later it was still sitting in customs despite all paperwork being done so I told UPS to return it. Messaged Airsoftmania and just getting total radio silence. Ignoring emails. Ignoring WhatsApp. Not heard a thing from them for weeks. Non existent customer service. Avoid
