I ordered something over a week ago with hopes of playing an airsoft match tommorow, they said it would be 4-5 days shipping but it's been over a week and they refuse to give any update apart from "It's out of our hands, contact the courier", I spoke to the courier and they said that AirsoftMania shouldn't have given shipping times and that it won't be here until next week, can't recommend.

Nicely build website. Easy to find your much needed products. Fast delivery. And fast responding customer care. I bought a socom 556 rc2 silencer replica. The price was lower than on most webshops for the exact same product.

Ordered on the 21st of August and took almost two weeks to ship from a store supposedly based in Italy. The package actually shipped from Poland. The package arrived in the uk and was refused and returned to Poland as no customs documents were enclosed with the package. After sorting this out with ups and customs It has now arrived back in the uk but has missed its estimated delivery day twice as it’s now stuck in uk customs.

they also added the wrong address to my package so I have had to have it redirected to a local pickup store.

Great service and customer care, although GLS Ireland was a pain, Airsoft Mania was a very good experience and will definitely buy again.

If ordert a PSO-1 scope for my SVD, they said that the package will be delivered on 06.08.24
Now it’s the 15.08.24 and I got nothing, not even a Email or anything

They were the only one how had the parts in store in stock. The delivery was fast and they checked how it went after the delivery personaly wich was very nice to see

Ok I'm not a big fan of reviews,but I have to say this site is fantastic has everything in one store ,I ordered a KP o7 and omg what a gun ,lots of research done before buying and navigated lots but none had the variety until I came across airsoftmania most sites don't take PayPal this one does that's what makes a site safe to use ,delivered from ordering to recieving in Ireland 5 days,beat that. 6 star site

Fast shipping my backside!! I ordered a sight from this site on the 15th and I had to email them to ask where it was as UPS tracking said they didn't have it yet. I asked for a full refund including the £14 postage I paid only to be told it does not depend on them but their couriers! Unfortunately for them, under UK and EU law, they have full responsibility until I receive the goods. Magically, the tracking is now up to date and it's now sat in a warehouse in Poland some 13 days after ordering with no indication when it might arrive!! Shocking delivery time, Temu and AliExpress get stuff from China to you with free postage quicker!! Still waiting, still hopeful, will update when it finally arrives!!!

UPDATE - 02/07 still no sight, still sat in Poland, scheduled delivery was 01/07 according to UPS. Airsoftmania refuse to give me a refund even though I asked for it on the 25th June before they had given UPS the parcel; it was handed to them on the 26th June!!! Downgrading from 2 to zero stars (well, one but you get my intent!!!)

UPDATE 2 - So it's the 5th July and I have been promised a full refund 3 days ago but am still waiting. Meanwhile UPS have now moved the sight from Poland to Germany and it's apparently sat in the UK with a delivery date of today before 1400hrs. Well it's 1715hrs and not a sausage havs turned up. If I ever get a refund and it arrives, I will send it back to them. Please be wary that what Airsoftmania say and what they do are completely different and I can add being economical with the truth to their list of customer relationship policy!!

FINAL UPDATE 06/07 - UPS have now emailed me to say they are delivering it on the 8th July. They are also asking for a further £33.91 for import fees!!! I've queried this with them and Airsoftmania as the threshold for import duty is goods of a value above £135 - the sight cost £96 including coming by snail mail. I have also informed UPS that I will not be accepting the package. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WEHEN THINKING OF ORDERING FROM AIRSOFTMANIA!!!

Extra time update - 10/08 Still no sight despite UPS sending me 3 different dates for delivery!! 🤣

Had to threat them with legal actions over 3 months in order to finally get a product with 3-5 days delivery time according to their website. And in every response they just continued to lie. Don't trust this company!
There's tons of better alternatives with reputable companies for people in Europe, just search for "Airsoft Europe".
