I have ordered a product from them that didn't fit properly and tried to return it. I was able to report the return, and got an email saying I would receive instructions on how to return the product. This never happened and I've been trying to contact them for the past 3 months or so. I've tried to contact them through the form on their website, along with emailing and calling them. Nothing is being answered and I am now stuck with a product that I want to return so that I can close the return with Klarna, but that seems impossible since Airsoft Mania refuses to cooperate.

Bought two G17 mags and one was busted upon arrival. Gas port had come clean off, and was rattling around inside the baseplate.
Asked them to send me a replacement, just said they couldn’t be bothered to do the paperwork for shipping, and offered only to send me a spare part, which I agreed to.
Three emails and a phone call later, they haven’t responded to a single one. They seem to have blanked me entirely.
Didn't respond in a very professional nature, considering that they have to do paperwork for 90% of the stuff the ship anyway.

Productimages and description are wrong. Ordered a Dboys Steelversion Aks74 and received a double bell metal version aks 74, that was shipped in the selling cardboard box, wrapped im black goil only.
it arrived with a broken stock, a scratched charging handle.

i returned the article but didn't receive a refund, nor an answer.
can't recommend to order replicas here.
Edit: received a refund after i opened a complaint via paypal and the shop didn't answer to that complaint in time.
still wouldn't recommend under any circumstances.

Ordered an novrisch glock to mp5 adapter and they haven't updated the page for not having the stock, after 2 days they emailed me to say the don't have it in stock and if i want the refund or if i can wait till next week for the restock.I'ts already 3 weeks and they barely answer to emails or Whatapp messages and they keep telling me that the delivery driver should be in their premises soon with the restock.i've even asked for refund and they never camed back to me.i would not recommend at all my order nr is #4947

I found a very RARE softair pistol in their catalog (the Mauser 712). Order and payment easy and uneventful, good and friendly communication, attractive price, shipping time not particularly fast (blame it on the courier !) but more than satifactory. Serious people for serious shopping.

Got a replica for a good price but unfortunately it did not fire. Was able to fix it myself and got a partial refund from Airsoft Mania for the work I put in which was great (because I didn't have to wait 2 weeks for a return, which they also offered). Overall they responded fast and the experience was great.

The prices were reasonable, there were however some things i find frustrating about the store.
First of all, you get almost zero information, my package only shipped after I sent a message. Then it got stuck in poland for 4 days and all of the sudden it was at my front door.

Second, the description of the weapon I purchased stated a battery was included. It was not.

I also got a thank you for ordering letter in the box of my weapon from a totally different airsoft store.

Overall, I'm kinda dissapointed

Was not obvious enough that this product was coming from abroad, or would entail so much issue with delivery as a result. Ordered over two weeks ago and still not here, got stuck in customs for ages requiring me to fill in a form, and now just going out over £20 in import fees, and still don't have the items!!!! Unbelievably bad experience

The Softairs are great for the price but my gun got delivered without a extra spring and looked used.

Shipping times are listed as 24 hours. Currently waiting for 5 days to have my order shipped. When buying here do not do it look at al other reviews the are very bad at communicating. I want to cancel my order #4701 to which they do not respond. This shop is a scam.

A lot of screws were loose,the tamiya inside the stock was broken.due to the packing i think,was very thing and loose inside the box.
