Airsoftmania was born from a passion for airsoft dating back to thirty years ago, at the end of the 80s. It was in fact 1989 when a young director of Airsoftmania started playing airsoft with a few crazy friends.
Since then millions of pellets have been fired, many games have been played throughout Europe and a long way and many experiences have been made in the airsoft industry.
Over the years we have created brands, invented new products, opened stores, we have been distributors of important brands such as G&G, Maxpedition, ASG and Viper Tactical. We have opened a large arena and organized hundreds of tournaments and among these also Exposoftair an airsoft fair with international participants and sponsors.
Airsoftmania, born in 2020 in full pandemic crisis, represents the synthesis of all this experience and all these years of play.

Very Friendly Company, fast replies per email. Only down side it takes some times until u get ur Rifle/Order. But i got a very nice Airsoft Rifle from here and it was very cheap. So i am very Happy :). I can totally recommend trying out the Website.

Didn't turn up when it was supposed to - sat in warehouse too long
Ordered product in plenty of time but it is not arriving until after Christmas. Really frustrating as it is a Christmas present. Have sent two emails but no one at Airsoftmania has replied. Not impressed.

One Arcticel was somehow removed from my purchase, i got te money back, but nobody told me about it.
After delivery, one article didnt work as expected, and i wrote an email. I dont have an answer for over 1 month.

I guess then that the real reason for your dissatisfaction was the request for payment of duties and VAT.
As we have already written via email we do NOT charge VAT on our products sent to the UK. This is clearly stated in our policy. Our prices for the UK and all countries outside the EU do not include VAT to avoid this being charged a second time during customs clearance.
