However I did receive seven reminders to sign my account application which was recd by yourselves by guaranteed next day delivery from Royal Mail.

Easy to transfer
Easy to transfer, very quick and easy form to fill in. AJ then did all the rest and informed me when transferred, only took about a week and it was cleared to reinvest. Excellent

My query was answered clearly. I have called the customer services team a few times now, while opening, transferring and now investing in my Stock &Shares account, and have always felt assured my questions have been fully understood and answered clearly.
