This was my response when logging in to my shiny new account.
Not exactly confidence inspiring when trying to transfer cash. Apparently I had the temerity to log in from a 'new device) or so said the toddler style scrawled signature below this curt accusation of misdeeds.
I cannot believe that a financial institution has not enough intellect to compose a polite auto reply rather than this 'get lost'
Which I have now done.
PS ,no' new device ',just my usual laptop on which you opened and confirmed my account minutes before this nonsense.
Thanks for your fine example of customer service

Fast and polite with the knowledge to back it up.

I have recently transferred my Pension to AJ Bell. I felt it better to put my pension along side my Stock and Shares ISA and Dealing Account. The transfer of my pension was easy and seamless, taking around 10 days, as promised.

But AJ Bell has been great since I set up my accounts with them. They answer quickly when called, and send timely, relevant communications when needed.

I feel this is a well run company with a focus on client needs.
