Very easy to work with
Very easy to work with. Quick response.
By mistake I used income rather than capital drawdown which resulted in a big tax deduction. AJ Bell were able to reverse the transaction with no tax impact.

Got through to a person in seconds!
I recently opened an account with A J Bell after giving up with all the ‘malarkey’ (to pinch an advertising phrase) with a competitor. I invested a lump sum and committed to adding a monthly amount, but wasn’t sure how to add the monthly payments into the same pot as my original investment. I got through to the relevant A J Bell customer advisor on the phone via a well described option from the options menu, and was well guided as to how to make sure my monthly investment would end up in the right pot. This was very important to me as I had opened a similar account in my wife’s name and wanted both to be set up correctly. Well done AJ Bell; very contactable, and professionally trained, understandable, staff manning their customer help lines.
