Amazing service, Dave and Cheryl were very responsive throughout my complicated case, needed several parts which they immediate sourced and dispatched. Dave is very knowledgeable, was able to spot the actual issue with the boiler. Thank you so much AK Gas team for your help especially during the covid crisis.

Great service, very helpful assistant Dave correctly identified the flu fan that I needed for my ageing Ideal boiler from my pretty vague information and some photos I e-mailed him. Part arrived in just a couple of days, shipping and part cost very reasonably priced.

POOR SERVICE.
Ordered a bottom tray for a Potterton Boiler. They sent the wrong one in the correct box with little packaging to prevent damage. It appears they had sent this out to another customer as there were two dispatch labels , one on top of the other.
I contacted them and the young lady on the phone said she would send a returns label and wanted me to take it to the post office.
I explained that my wife was undergoing cancer treatment and we were therefore in total lock down / isolation due to Covid19 and couldn’t risk going to the post office. She said she would make some enquires as to see
if she could get a courier to collect from my address seeing as it was their fault
Yes you guessed it , no return phone call for over 5 days.
I therefore had to arrange for somebody else to take it to the post office.
Eventually some week or so later I received a phone call from I believe the same young lady to say that the correct tray was being sent out.
There was no apology for the poor service I had received or for the extra bubble wrap that I had put in to protect the original tray.
Overall quite disappointed due to the above circumstances

Excellent service, ordered on Friday got part on Saturday and solved the problem.

Good service. My only quibble was that I received no confirmation email for my order, so I was left a couple of days in doubt whether the part would be sent, being in the middle of the coronavirus epidemic, but eventually it arrived by second class post

Purchased a new fan for a Potterton Netaheat Electronic boiler. Fair price for a brand new genuine part, easy order process with clear pictures of the product and turned up well packaged within a day or 2 of placing the order, excellent service.
