They have had every item I’ve needed in stock on the shelf and delivered on time every time.
I couldn’t recommend them enough, my local suppliers always say between 2 and 5 working days before they can get the bits needed but AK seem to have them all on the shelf.

Prior to purchasing a replacement fan for my boiler I spoke to AK who assured me the fans they supplied were good quality and would provide good performance. The fan failed after 13 months.
Sent two E mails to customer services over two weeks regarding the failure and got no acknowledgement or response. Telephoned them to get a response.
Poor customer services and poor quality fan.

I ordered a Worcester Bosch electrode for a greenstar 30cdi. The picture shows the item with the burner viewing window, the item I received was not what was pictured, it had no flame window. One reading the return instructions it states i must return within 7 days, unopened, using a specific number and jump through hoops just because they have mis represented their products!!!! this is unacceptable!!! other companies show the right part and give a much more acceptable route for returning products!!! get your act sorted out AK gas.

ordered timer for my boiler on friday, it said it would be 7-10 days delivery, got it on the monday, 3 days,
was great service, i would recommend this company to anyone, and i would use them again with out a second thought,

Boiler packed up Xmas eve needed to find problem having done that ordered parts thursday 27th pm and recieved parts 29th am boiler working now . Thanks for quick reliable delivery AKGAS your also cheaper than your competitors. Great Stuff.

A Gas Safe Engineer wanted 300£ to replace a flow sensor and this brass valve inserted at the heat exchanger on which the sensor is inserted. CAlled AKG and told them about my problem, ordered the parts, replaced the old ones and voilaaaaa... hot water on demand! I did not have to touch any gas parts and therefore this was more like a plumber's job! Thank you AKGAS for saving me a lot of money!

I wasn’t confident that I was ordering the correct part, so after reading the reviews, I gave the company a call. I must say I was very impressed with the customer service and support. I was advised accordingly and the part was ordered. I received it the very next day, and I was back up and working again. Superb customer service and I would definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone else.

I needed to replace the plastic cover on my gas boiler. After much telephoning and online searching I found a suitable cover listed on the AK Gas website with a picture and precise measurements as well as a list of boilers which the cover would fit.
I ordered the cover. In a couple of days the part arrived. I fitted to the boiler and it fitted perfectly.
