Short review, i ordered a nendoroid on Black Friday due to a nice discount on one nendoroid i was searching for a long time and i was super excited to see they had it in stock so i immediately sent her to my checkout.

After receiving her, she took about 2 working days to get to me and was packed very well to ensure no damage was going to take place. I love my nendoroid so much and thanks to this wonderful experience i shall be returning to this store to check out again!

I was very happy with the service and communication as there was a little delay but that's to be expected with imports, I'll definitely order from here again. It took alot if stress out of ordering nendoroids as you often need to import then from abroad yourself so having a UK based good smile partner is great!

Every time I see a new figure I would like to buy, Akibashi is the first place I search for it. I have bought three Good Smile Nendoroid figures so far and there are always confirmation emails sent straight after ordering which is great and reassuring, as well as the postage being accurate and reliable. Finally, the prices of their figures are also very reasonable. I couldn't tell you the amount of other places I have seen advertising figures for almost £20 over their original retail prices! Overall, Akibashi is definitely a shop that I can confidently recommend to anyone who is looking for amazing anime figures :)

Mark always responds to my pre-order enquiry promptly and honestly. When the item was in stock it was dispatched with 24h tracked delivery with royal mail.

My nendoroid arrived in pristine condition as it was wrapped in tissue paper within a padded cardboard box.

Delay in arrival of figure because of COVID delays, it took a few extra months but they at least notified me of this and the purchase was in great shape when it arrived
